How could you possibly take the apocalypse "WAY TOO SERIOUSLY?" It's ostensibly the most serious thing there is or ever will be.

On a similar note, kindly count me in if there is to be some sort of chain of meteor avoidance.

On a similar similar note, has it occurred to anyone that, in preparing for some sort of fictional doomsday scenario, we may be complicit in creating it? That is to say, if this turns out differently than we expect, perhaps we are setting the stage for something akin to a second round of The Forapocalypse. If neither of these is the case, perhaps in some time, someone will resurrect the movement, which would be welcome to those such as myself, who were not present for the original.
