Why are some Adventures in the cradle, and some aren't do ALL adventures start in the cradle, and get moved out of the cradle later?
If so, what requirement must the thread meet in order to be moved out of the cradle. I was wandering this because some adventures in the cradle have over 3,000 views, and I know a thread in the other section with just over 800 views.

Adventures always start in the cradle because it is impossible to start new threads in the main section. This was done so new adventures that get abandoned fast won't clutter up established ongoing stories.
The opening post of the cradle discussion topic details the requirements for leaving the cradle, which is Ten Decent Posts, and asking a moderator about it.
