It's a Tesla grenade and MIRV

    It shoots lightning everywhere.

I've never lost a duel since I got it
But then i couldn't use my corrosive longbow transfusion. It eats bosses. I found a pretty good one. It's a disposable pistol which with one round used does as much damage as a rocket launcher. So it is pretty versatile since you can shoot the little enemies, and throw at the big ones.

    Yea.
That mission was almost impossible for me, until I tried it again... after all the enemies were dead.

Also, you earn a few seconds each time you deliver a package, so don't get too discouraged if you're running out of time.

So did anyone else imagine Terezi as the sheriff of Lynchwood?

First timed mission: Get in a car, drive as fast as you can, ignore enemies, and parkour your way to each mailbox. That's what I did both times, and I had 30+ seconds left both time.

go clear out the area of bandits first. then drive a car to there and leave it there. go back and get the quest. then use the catch a ride to tp to the car. you save 30 seconds and more.

This guy knows what is going on.

You could actually get two cars because there is a catch a ride near the lighthouse place guarded by hyperion.

So car 1 would be by the stalker guarded cave place, and car 2 would be on the other side of the map near the last two.

Teleport to car 1, hit that mailbox, drive to the lighthouse, hit that mailbox, drive to the catch a ride, teleport to car 2, and hit the remaining mailboxes.

Hey, everyone. Did you know you can set the game to invite only? And that it's a much better option than letting someone join, load, choose a character, get in, and then telling them to fuck off?

Catbread, I keep wanting to invite you, but then I get scared that one of us will have to stop being Axton.

Augh, you butts, I had to turn off screenshot sharing on Steam so you'd stop spoiling the game for me.

my friend is kind of a fast driver like everyone who plays borderlands and decides to ram into a wall. we managed to break into this house which doesnt include any spoilers except for maybe revealing an npc that doesn't really matter? just in case ill just stick the link in this spoiler

we know that we aren't supposed to be there since we had to ram the light runner with boost into the window, and also because the unreal default checkerboard texture covered the ceilings and such

That's not a problem at all! TURRETS EVERYWHERE

I want to beat the game at my own pace first, though, to see all the world-building and shit.

Re: Borderlands 2: Psychotic Yeti-Riding Midgets

Bluh the menus are so buggy.

Part of the problem is my mouse doubleclicks some times when I click it.

Sometimes if you try and compare weapons the game stops responding to keypresses, and will not close the menu unless you click on the red X in the top right.

If you try to scroll through your items after marking items as good or trash it clears any marks you have made since you opened the menu.

If you click on the arrow to change pages to the right most page of the level up menu, and then click on the menu itself before it comes to the foreground you will switch to a non-existant menu one space to the right of the rightmost skill tree menu.

Often scrolling with the mousewheel will mess up, and the game will scroll in the opposite direction of the way you are rolling the wheel.

I wish there was an option to go back to the old menu style.

The skill up tree has an overview mode that would be great, but you can't interact with it.

Group games are so fun! But yeah, it's hard to look at all the jokes and trivia bits when everyone is rushing.

My game's default is set to friends only. I don't mind if my steam friends randomly decide to join in my game. It's a nice surprise.

Yeah, me too. But I tried to join a friend's game and that happened to me. I guess the friend wasn't hosting so it wasn't his fault, but I was still a little miffed.

Re: Borderlands 2: Psychotic Yeti-Riding Midgets

I set my game to friends only, but a friend of my brother's keeps getting in, and he annoys the piss out of me. He's impatient, he never shares the wealth, he's a friend of another friend who hates me, and I'm just WAITING for him to turn on me, and he's kinda... dumb as a rock.

And if someone else is the class he is, he'll yell at them to change. EVEN WHEN HE JOINS AFTERWARDS.

Yeah, I definitely want to play with you instead, Catbread. I usually have a fourth spot open, and if I had a sane person in it, then the insanes couldn't get in if they tried hahaha

Whoa, a four-person group? Yeah, that sounds like it could be pretty cool. I better finish the game already!
I will gladly prevent crazies from joining your game by substituting my own, inoffensive brand of crazy!

    Also

    the "damn constructor"

    it ran away

How in the world was I supposed to kill it!? There were robots EVERYWHERE

I have a level 16 Zer0, level 10 Salvador, and level 7 Axton, if anyone has open spots. Zer0 is mostly my solo character, though.

Re: Borderlands 2: Psychotic Yeti-Riding Midgets

There's no hope of me playing on the PC in an "ideal environment" anytime soon, but my buddy ordered it for the 360 and I might be able to get up on some co-op action. Class selection might be an issue, because our last conversation went something like:

"Everyone wants to play Zer0. A poll on [some website] had him leading at like 60%."
    "I want to play Zer0."
    "Me too!"

Phase Lock meh. Apparently there is mind control though that sounds kinda boss.

Can I get some spoiler-free reactions on how it compares to the first game, please?

Re: Borderlands 2: Psychotic Yeti-Riding Midgets

Phaselock is actually really cool, I thought it seemed kinda lame (doubly so compared to Phasewalk) but I'm finding it a lot more useful.

Plus it's incredibly stylish to toss some charging psycho into the air and then line up a neat headshot.

That summed up half of my experience in the first game, so you're probably right.
