For some reason I would really like if the cherub session had to be scratched as well. If LE would really be Caliborn's ancestor, I wonder what pre/post-scratch LE's role would be.
Though he could still be Caliborn, only that his pre/post-scratch version.

OMFG I clicked on the link on the other page, scrolled down to see the pesterlog and saw on the list ==> in bright blue with the page before (Caliborn Enter) as the darker colour. I nearly leapt off my seat until I realised it was a glitch and not a new page. Dammit.

I have thought about LE being Ancestor/Descendant but I don't know if that's pushing it a bit, to have three sessions all scratched, especially if it turns out that the U universe is the result of B, as some theorise. As someone else complained- if an existing character, Caliborn/Calliope or otherwise, isn't LE, we don't have a backstory on him and why he became who he is. I kinda agree with that. With Jack it was simple, that he was already programmed to be a violent anti-monarchist, overworked and over-harassed, who just needed one thing to tip him over the edge, but with LE we don't know why he became evil.

I remember bringing that up in response to saying that LE had different cheek marks from Caliborn (we had only seen Calliope at the time, but presumed that Caliborn had the same cheek spiral markings in his color); that adult Cherubs would have completely solid colored cheek markings as opposed to the spiral pattern, and that the 'smudge' I think you're referring to is just the remnant of the spiral's end.

Anyways, that smudge only appears when we look close up at LE's face; otherwise it's a perfect circle. It must be the same with Caliborn himself.

As I recall, if the updates were ever that short, they had dense-ish pesterlogs or Hussie was working up to something big-ish/was busy with something (like the bandcamp or store stuff).

Or Hussie was sadistically torturing us.

The common way of telling what's in the update is :

-the length
-the time between the update and the former update

Usually, the updates come everyday. If they are long, it's an action sequence with almost no dialogue/Carapace focus. If the amount of pages is short, it's a pesterlog. And if it's shorter, it's a very long pesterlog.

Now, for an update posted after days of inactivity, it's action + pesterlogs of average size.

The only place you could possibly bring it to Andrew's attention is by putting a mention of it on the "askHussie" reddit and hope that people thumb it up so Andrew answers it.

I did the same for a couple of other mistakes he made in the previous ask session, like Gamzee having the breath symbol in scribble mode in [S] DD: Ascend more casually, and the symbols of Derse on the outfits of the Dersites having prototyping towers in [S] Prince of Heart: Rise up. But they were disliked, so didn't get answered.

It's worth a shot, though!

One of the most common number of update pages is three (2 is more common because it is "cool"). Holly is well aware of this, because she is "cool."
