Day One: Fanfare, Fish and Ropework



The Grand Fishknights gathered about the table. Some were rather famished from the days work and requested from the patrons of the castle a few dishes of fishfeed flakes, whilist others could barely settle their stomachs from the stress brought about by the bizarre turn of events. The Grand Fishknights had been called upon for a rather unusually timed meeting. A few of the knights barely were even aware that the treasury had been breached and casually loafed around the Rounded Scallops.

Some of the attendants to the Queen were preparing a noose down in the chapel hall. The Queen herself was nowhere to be found, presumably hiding away within the deeper chambers of the castle to protect herself.

"The Queen demands that we, as a collective guild, eliminate the vagabonds that have reduced our wealth," slurred Lobster Bisque, the head butler of the castle, "and as such, my understudies have prepared a lynching room for those of us who we deem appropriate to offer the death penalty. I will keep track of the votes on behalf of the Queen and direct you to your sleeping quarters during the night. And please, the less bloodshed, the better."
