I looked high and low, but found no way to add alt text to an image.

There is, it's just in the <a><img> HTML tag, not the [img] BBCode tag. And since this forum runs on BBCode only, we cannot do it.
Oh how I wish we could use HTML in addition to BBCode. Or instead of.

PD is right about that. The scarf just felt like an iconic enough thing to use in one of these. And you can use whichever one you like best. I personally think the last one is most distinguishable. I might come up with something better some time later.

Oh Oops...and yes Slenderman is known for eating children...If you look him up..You'll possibly see pictures of him in the background of a picture with children and there are some movies and tapes of people reporting children missing because of Slenderman...He's quite popular and I don't even know why, I just made a candy corn about him because I was completely bored..

Those have a white background, by the way. I gave the Ravenclaw one a transparent background and threw it in my signature. (I got Ravenclaw on Pottermore. Also I got THE BEST WAND.)
