i would like to nominate the eye-waggle Saroffigus(spelling feh) for being funny, a good use of a meme, and a really good manip of the face (ie, didn't just paint on eyebrows and made them waggle, but actually maniped the eye brows up for it).

Try to make sure you downloaded the whole thing, I know that if a download gets interrupted for me I'll get the zip same as normal but it'll have some things missing.
If that's not the issue I'm not really sure what is.

The sarswapagus actually looks kinda goofy, so I maniped the eyebrows to try and make his face look a bit more intimidating, and then later decided to make a gif of it and the original.
