well from what i've seen any troll is allowed in.
i'm glad they don't discriminate but this also means that highbloods, lowbloods and anonbloods can intermingle which may cause problems.
i've seen sea dwellers attack lowbloods and lowbloods instigate fights with highbloods.

unfortunately it's best to follow the social system until you know who you're talking to.
like me for instance, i don't have any problem with anyone lower on the hemospectrum than myself unless they are rude
or in some way deserving of my ire, the same goes for those higher than myself as well.
however some of those i know would have punished you for approaching them without invitation or addressing them with 'respect'

i try not to be, there's just so many other things i could spend my energy on.
