I dunno. When Jane makes faces, it's hilarious. When Jake does it, he looks like a doofus. Which is okay, as well, I suppose.
Plus, his shorts are silly. They make me think of the Youngster Trainers in Pokemon, and then all I see is some silly amalgamation of Jake and Dirk telling everyone about his Rattata, and I can't take anything serious anymore.

This is the first time we've seen or heard of the transportalisers. If you are asking if there is precedent for a waking self entering the game via this method, I suggest you re-read the comment you quoted. Jade's grandfather in B1 (pre-scratch Jake) and Jake's grandmother in B2 (post-scratch Jade) both entered as non-player characters, presumably through this method.

I've noticed that Jane has been looking a bit derpier than usual as well. I dunno man. Oh well. I'm kinda losing interest in her anyway. I find Jake, Dirk, and Roxy to a lesser extent to be more interesting than Jane. Not that she's a bad character or anything. I just find her to be boring so far.

I'm noticing a lot of familiarity in some of these songs to certain nonHomestuck things, the most obvious being the similarity to the Pokerap during a part of GameGrl. It's fun trying to find familiarity.

The transportalisers come usually with the temples. So Kanaya had one. I don't know about Aradia... Or even the significance of the presence of two temples on Alternia.

The only song the album I really dislike is "GameGrl (Original 1993 Mix)". I can't quite place my finger on why I don't but, I had a feeling of shutting the song off midway. I'm liking the rest of what I've heard, so far though.

This has been something in the back of my mind for a while, but due to the album having a track titled "Sweet Dreams, Timaeus", I am sure that Dirk will die as Prince of Heart, if only so Hussie can say "Goodnight, Sweet Prince."
