There is no right answer for this. It hasn't been explained in comic about what happened. Nanna said that Betty Crocker one day just disappeared, that was that for B1 Crocker. This could've been done at the beckoning of her master, English, since we know there are transportalizers at the bottom of the elevator shaft in the Frog Temple, which leads to the incipisphere. She could've found a way to the Pacific Island that day, and used the transportalizers to get into the incipisphere, and then found a way to leave the session (probably via her flagship, possibly brought into the incipisphere by English) and traveled through the Furthest Ring to B2, where she overthrew the Black Queen on Derse, took her ring, usurped the kingdom, and then entered the B2 Universe, where she then takes over Earth.

And as for PS ending before Jane's birthday; if her birthday was moved up, why not the ending of PS as well? Other significant things have moved up as well. "Moving up" seems to be the general theme, you know? The Entry into Sburb, time periods when the B2 Kids hit Earth (for Dirk and Roxy), time when Earth is destroyed.

Well, when you say "moved up" it sounds to me like you're saying it's earlier than it used to be, but fair enough.

So what period of time for them to wait sounds better? 5 months (Birthday in April) or half a year (Birthday in May)? It's the same reason why you, when presented with two directions to go into and which have no discernible difference, would choose one based on the direction you favor.

I don't know if "5 months" vs. "half a year" sounds better; it depends on context I guess? But it's not a case where there's no discernible difference. The default assumption, especially given that Jane's 13th birthday was about two and a half years ago whereas Jake's and Roxy's were almost three years ago, and also given that the meteors were essentially just switched, is that the post-Scratch kids' birthdays are the same as the pre-Scratch kids'. If there's not a strong reason for them to be different — and I don't think there is — then I'd expect them to have the same birthdays, for much the same reason they have the same houses, for example. They are in essentially the same circumstances, with some major differences, mostly relating to the Batterwitch.

She didn't disappear from B1 completely when Nanna says she did, because she later sent Dave a youtube link for the ICP video.

Nothing's said about it, but it probably has to do with meteors possibly hitting her, the fact that Eridan and Feferi were both too busy to feed her at that point, and general distress about the situation.

The handmaid isn't a player. Her pre-scratch version, Damara, WOULD be in a dream bubble, but her post-scratch version never played SGRUB or any variation. So she wouldn't be in a dream bubble.

Well, he is most likely in *a* dream bubble if he is dead. But I doubt we'd ever see him, since his session seemed to just exist as a way of saying "other sessions exist." It just kind of seems like sessions only interact with other sessions through dream bubbles when the sessions are actually directly related objectively.
