Huzzah!
((Huzzah indeed!))
After holding his breath for nearly a week and a half, Frank breathes again. It's a good thing vampires can hold their breath for so long! The anticipation has been killing him! Try as it might, though, that anticipation doesn't stand a chance. Frank's undead.
Upon this thought, Frank unleashes his well-practiced evil laugh... which is more akin to an evil chuckle under his breath. Nonetheless, it manages to startle those around him and has yielded quite a few strange glances aside. That's embarrassing.
Now uncomfortable, Frank begins to make awkward conversation with those around him. Next to him is a young girl. "Uh... hey," he glances down at her nameplate, "Pravi. Hey Pravi. Hey! How do you feel about your answers?" Oh my goodness girls terrify Frank.

Re: Calcumniation [It is a Gameshow!] Mixed Motifs
M.Froufrou lifts his head up for a second upon hearing the announcement from the officials, shrugs, and returns to the card game he was playing with three other contestants to pass the time.
Re: Calcumniation [It is a Gameshow!] Mixed Motifs
The smile on his face didn't change or get wider - It couldn't get wider. There was blood in the water though, and Revish could smell it.
"Well, Friend, I've got something perfect for everyone here. If You want a newer model, a classic, or anything special at all, you'll get anything and everything you desire. Just treat it well. I don't lie when I tell you it's the last car you'll ever need."
He leaned in.
"Of course, and this is strictly between you and me, if there's anyone giving you any trouble, or you just plain don't like... well, I can offer you a completely different vehicle they wouldn't quite like you to have, if you catch my drift. Of course my price for doing such a thing is even steeper. Got to get something out of it for alienating a potential customer."

Re: Calcumniation [It is a Gameshow!] Mixed Motifs
"Hmph. Well, I'm not going to lie here, I don't exactly have enough money right now to just start throwing it away on a brand new car for no reason."
Kenneth breaks out into a wide grin.
"But I'll tell you what. If you stick around for a bit after the game's over, I'll make sure that one of your cars is the first thing I spend money on after receiving my winnings. Does that sound fair?"
Re: Calcumniation [It is a Gameshow!] Mixed Motifs
"Well, Money isn't the only way to pay. You can haggle for almost anything these days, and as long as I can get some use out of it... well you'll get yourself one hell of a vehicle in return."

Re: Calcumniation [It is a Gameshow!] Mixed Motifs
Since he was done with what need to be done, Carson decided it was time to chill out and have some fun. He got up and looked for a group to jump in.
He overheard someone apparently trying to sell someone else a car and looked curiously at them.
The guy selling the car seemed kind of sleazy but maybe he was just stereotyping, so he decided to walk over casually, trying not to seem interruptive or rude.
"Hey, what did you guys think of the first event?"
Re: Calcumniation [It is a Gameshow!] Mixed Motifs
'Oh hey, that oddball who sort of gives me the creeps is talking to me... Eh, may as well try to make some form of conversation, I guess,' thought Pravi.
"Not too bad, I guess, though I could have been less predictable. That round was sort of tough," she says, cmentally cringing at her own grammar. She begins biting her nails both in anxiety about the results and as an excuse to close off and zone out from that little exchange.
She turns away from Frank and looks at the schematics she had been drawing out as a sort of catharsis from this truly ridiculous game show. 'This is going to be interesting,' she thinks with a smile. There's a long day ahead of them, and the game had just barely begun.
Solaris, if you always take this long to do the judging, I may not need to replace out. Great!
NOTICE: Please please please do not call me Mathy or Mathie. I dunno, they just feel sort of condescending. You can call me by an assortment of other things, however.

Having finished his task to the best of his abilities, Justin case returns to his main objective in this event. He whips out his "SUSPECTS" notebook and starts flipping through the pages and looking at the other contestants.
He stops at a page with a photograph of a woman that doesn't look even remotely like Marion, and gets up and addresses her in a serious tone.
"Jessica D'Alessandro? You are suspected to be involved in a serious crime. Would you mind answering a few questions?"
Re: Calcumniation [It is a Gameshow!] Mixed Motifs
Stopping short in her constant pacing and occasional note-taking, Marion addresses the man who had just come up to her.
"Jessica D'Alessandro? She was the old woman who mixed up her testimony in that petty theft case in '98, wasn't she?" Shaking his hand, she continues, "It got a ton of coverage for such a small case. My dad worked on the story; that's the only reason why I know. Anyways, I'm Marion Schaggen. You're... Justin Case, right?"
Re: Calcumniation [It is a Gameshow!] Mixed Motifs
Kenneth's conversation with Ol' Tex is suddenly interrupted by a new fellow, asking what they both think of the first event. He looks around to see that nearly every other player has already started or finished the first challenge.
"Aah! Sorry gentlemen, both of you, I really need to get started on the competition now. We'll talk later."
Kenneth hurries over to a nearby computer without waiting for a response and starts hastily writing down notes.
