And for those who don't feel like joining "this time" should know now that I at least and probably the whole MSPA IRC will not initiate the 4th Community Re-Read until Homestuck finishes, presumably on April 13, 2013. So if you are unsure about doing it this time, you should probably do it!

It looks like I'm in in time for the third re-read, after having missed the first two! I've done the second re-read as well, but not at the same time as everybody else, just according to the same schedule with a friend who just started reading it. He stopped around Feferi and Eridian's introductions though (which, coincidentally, is the same point the updates were when I first started reading homestuck), but I managed to get him interested again.

I will be missing out on Act 2 and the beginning of act 3 due to being in Rome, but after that my summer vacation will start so I'll have plenty of time to catch up! It's only about 700 pages!

Catching up on today's (and yesterday-tomorrow's due to timezone confusion and it being midnight as of 10 minutes ago) is tough, even with vol.9 to listen to in the background.
I guess I won't be able to bring myself to the clubhouse's door until I get over my finals stress and continue through the fora-posts section.
I would tack myself to the wall, but it just wouldn't be the same with being currently out of the loop on the schedule and being in the stutid pacific timezone.
Then again, most of this is just my exhaustion from having to stay on campus for a couple extra hours today giving me a hearty kick in the face, but perhaps there is some truth to it.
/stuff that should ironically (not the funny irony, the cruel catch 22 type of irony.) be posted in the irc instead of right here

I'm having problems with the Whistles Download; it has apparently compressed all the files to 0kb, so that they are all unrecoverable. Is this just me, or are other people having this problem?

My friend actually independently found the Let's Read videos and is watching them instead of reading Homestuck. I think it's cool, actually, and still a legitimate way to read it. I will copy Whitehelm's list onto the OP.
