Handmaid's gonna be a Witch of Time. That last sentence has to foreshadow something, and the Meenah's already a theif.

Also if the highbloods are supposed to have a ton of social responsibility pre-scratch, the Grand Highblood's probably going to be an upstanding member of society. That happens to look like a clown. And is also prone to murderous outbursts, but years of living through the constant social pressure to be polite will cause him to be a total gentleman while he bashes your head into a wall. His post-scratch iteration gets his wish of having more freedom for his rage, but he's still light-hearted and a good sport about things as evidenced by giving Dualscar a chance to live by telling him a funny joke.

You have to wonder what their clothes will be. Considering Aranea's outfit, they probably have more freedom with what to wear on a normal basis.

And also how Meenah did not get to the dream bubbles for so long. Do dream bubbles work like Narnia? If she survived for much longer, she would have been enveloped by the Scratch, right?

OR Meenah has been dream bubbling around for a while. They are in no way temporally linear. Remember how Jade had already encountered Aradia on Aradia's first dream bubble? Aranea even mentioned that it is obscenely difficult on actually finding anyone in particular an any particular time. Sometimes you can wander out around in those bubbles for billions of years without meeting a specific person. In this case, Aranea meeting Meenah.

It is also interesting to note that Aranea may have already meet Jade. At least Jade probably already knows of Aranea through dreamJade's memories of meeting as yet unidentified trolls. Maybe Aranea hasn't had that meeting yet?

Oh yeah, I remember Dream-Jade mentioning having lots of friends (never mentioned WHO) that she was ripped away from suddenly when brought back.

So I'm guessing, yeah, Jade has a fuller view of the big picture like Rose does, only through different methods.
