I'm a bandwagoneer and a poor gif artist.

I kinda meant one in the style of the fad, with the black outline and the single tear, with the fadey scrolley stuff etc etc

I haven't actually read this thread yet so I have no idea what fad you are referring to.
Could I get an example pic or something?

Edit: I see what you are referring to. I'll see what I can do!

Crying silhouettes with scrolling backgrounds are the best.

I want a new avatar, I only stuck this picture in (well, the pre-Ash version) because I wanted an avatar rather than an empty space lol

What I would eventually want is rather complicated (involving animation) but it might be fun having a go at it. I'd need either GIMP or Photoshop then? Which would be best for a computer idiot and are they both free? lol

    Gimp is free, Photoshop isn'T.

I personally like Gimp better, but many says PS is easier to use and better.

I feel like I should change my avatar, seeing as how the MSPAFA this character is from ended in 2 weeks due to incomprehensible amounts of shittiness and poor planning, and it hasn't been heard from in many months.

Thanks. The binary means nothing in particular. Just random bytes.

So anyway, changing self-insert troll impostor to crying binary troll.

How many pixels did you move the tile each time?

Re: Visage and Post-Script Documentarium VI

I moved the binary background 10 pixels leftward for every frame and set frame length to 0.05 sec. Luckily I only ended up with an unnoticeable 1-pixel discrepancy between the last frame and the first frame of the loop. It'll vary depending on what you use as your background.
