Again, I don't mean to sound impatient. This is just for planning's sake. Any sort of insight or estimate as to how much is left to do and/or how long it would take would be great.

Um... I can help out in a lot of things. I can create music and do art. I can also voice act Kanaya and Caliope. I'm really dedicated and I won't quit easily... God, I'm feeling so shy 8C this is the first time I've asked to be apart of something like this. Please don't be like RAWRGH SHUT UP AND GO AWAY WE DON'T WANT YOU HERE.

It's cool that you want to help out. We enjoy people helping out. Unfortunately, we have no voice acting spots open at the moment (and they most likely won't open up again). Art is cool though. HI! I would love to be apart of this project if I can. I am just going to put a few things about my work and later I will do what is required and send them to your e-mail... I'm intrested in animator, concept artist, and story board worker (if you need any more va action for any reason I would be overjoyed to help!)... Ok I am young and still in highschool but that means nothing. I'm going to take my certification test in Flash pro in the next month so I'm pretty good with it to an extent (I'm still waiting to get me a walcom tablet for my birthday in a couple months) and I have started to work in the 3-D animation system known as Blender (though I just started classes for that last week so i'm still learning on that). But basiclly I know a bunch of crap about animation and am planing on going to collage for animation. I'm also a pretty artsy person so I act and work with diffrent productions of musicals (I've been wanting to direct forever) and I've come to learn that acting skills can translate well into animation and anything along those lines. I've also am most comfortable drawing in the anime artstyle since its my hometown as far as drawing goes. I have a pretty creative mind and would love to work with the other consept artist if there are any (seriously my mind is bursting with Ideas just now)... As far as qualifications for a story boardist that is the basicts of animation so i've story boarded mentaly and phsicaly for diffrent projects I've done in my animation class (yes my highschool is epic enough to have one and I can't wait to take advance animation). I've also had a nack for invisoning things. In my sphare time when I was younger (pre anime ) I wrote movie skripts for my fav books like Hunger games (before lionsgate did their thing) and Gracling, ect. I could invison the camra angles and sceen transitions... basicly what I'm trying to say is I am over the top ready to help if you would want me... I can send in some things I've done in the past but as far as any new junk it might take a little while to send it in. The only down fall to me is: 1. My enxperiance since this would be my first big project. and 2. I am a highschooler and take tons of upper level/ap/dual credit classes so I do get busy at times but summer is coming in a month or two and I'm willing to donate any share time... please pm me (i think you can do that on these forms) PLEASE!!!!PLEASE!!! and thankyou (::::

Also have you though yet about the homestuck opening/closing songs and what they will be/singers...

I'd like try to help in any way I can, but I'm not sure what I could do.
I can:
do some editing/writing
storyboards
play a bunch of instruments (Guitar, Drums, Mandolin, Cello, Upright and Electric Bass, and a little bit of piano)
voice act for any male characters (Karkat? My friends always say I'm good at being angry)
video editing
web design (If you need it)

First, I'd just like to say that I'm quite happy this is a thing, and I think that you guys are all awesome for doing it. Let me just put that out there on the table where we can all see that, maybe appreciate it alittle.

Second, rather than trying to put together a group of musicians for an opening and closing, why not find a single person with suitable sound editing soft/hardware, and edit afew of the songs from the original soundtrack together?
Several of the songs already are well suited to the task, and I'm pretty sure almost all of them are ingrained into the collective consciousness of the fandom.

Well, first off. It's tons of fun.

Secondly, one of the key points in this project is the fact that it is multimedia. It uses animators, writers, voice actors, musicians, and other things to get the job done. If we just had one person to basically mix already created Homestuck songs, there would be non-preferable outcomes. It's boring, it doesn't show the commitment of our team, and it takes away part of the uniqueness, and therefore, appeal of this project. The original songs are great, and I'm sure they'd do just fine in a technical sense, but it cuts away a big part of the involvement of the fandom.
