Jack's cell is obviously inside some kind of conservatory where the White Queen tends to a collection of rare plants

Well, considering his door lacks a handle, or anything really, to unlock, I have a feeling that the keys would be useless anyways. It seems not all containment facilities are faulty and incapable of doing their jobs properly. Whatever mechanism is used to open the door, a key on a keyring isn't likely to do any good.
