Chroma World: Ice World

You are a ROCK. Specifically, the only one visible in the FRAME. You live in the mountainous country of ROCKSIA, in the capital city of ROCKSCOW.
ROCKSIA is one of Six(6) NATIONS fighting each other for control of this continent and the surrounding islands. ROCKSIA covers the most land, and is by extension coveted by all other countries, even if 90% of ROCKSIA'S land is UNUSABLE MOUNTAINS.
But enough of that political JUNK. What is your NAME?

You pick up your SHOVEL. It is automatically allocated to the RED square.
Your INVENTORY is made up of Four(4) kinds of SQUARES. There is One(1) RED square, Four(4) GREEN squares, Eight(8) CYAN squares, and Twelve(12) PURPLE squares.
Eventually, you will know more than you need to about SQUARES. You will want to kill me for even thinking of this STUPID inventory system. You will eat, drink, and dream SQUARES.
But you can't get rid of the SQUARES. The SQUARES are forever.
FOREVER.


You go ahead and dig the hole. It takes a while, since the SHOVEL is meant to dig through DIRT, not ROCK. But it does get the job done.
You love your SHOVEL. It is so awesome.
You put the SHOVEL back into its SQUARE all nice and comfy-like.

It looks hundreds, maybe thousands of years old.
The cover is faded, but it looks like some sort of diary.

You pick up the BOOK. It is allocated automatically to one of the GREEN SQUARES.
But you cannot read anything in a GREEN SQUARE! The BOOK needs to be in a RED SQUARE to do that!
You'll have to figure out how to move the BOOK into a RED SQUARE.

Plus, your SHOVEL is your only weapon! You'll need it in case you come across any of the ROCK LOBSTERS or STONE CRABS that plague this region at night.
Although you are getting a bit hungry. Perhaps you should get something to eat...

The BOOK is easily moved to a GREEN square. You're glad these things aren't all that overly complicated.

In the CYAN square, the BOOK is unable to be used or removed from your inventory.
Luckily, you can still move it from square to square.


And in the VIOLET square, you can't even tell what item is there! It's just a giant green QUESTION MARK.
You also can't use the item or remove it from your inventory. You can, however, still move the item from square to square.
It seems the AUTHOR, understandable, doesn't want any ITEMS to get stuck where they are.

You cannot move the BOOK to the RED SQUARE because the BOOK is not next to the RED SQUARE!
The only SQUARE you can move the BOOK to is the CYAN SQUARE beneath it.
