You know, I've actually been thinking about this. Does Hasbro make any black pony toys? Because if I got a Rainbow Dash, I'd have all four others (RD is blue, I have plenty of yellow for Fluttershy, either Minty or Firecracker Burst would fit for green, and I daresay I could justify either Pinkie or Pepperdance for red), but no black. And while I can think of a couple of show-characters, like Thunderlane and some of the unicorn guards, I don't know that they've ever toyed them.

Someone elsewhere did link me to this, though. I pretty much never read fanfic, though, so I have no idea how to gauge how good it is, but its pretty meh to me. Mostly because its not "ponies on pandora" its "ponies playing through Borderlands, exactly like the game, but with pony dialogue."

Wouldn't Celestia already fill that role? I mean, she was pretty chill during those times when Fluttershy stole her prized pet, Twilight made the entire town go berserk, Luna did fuck all to help with the Changelings, and her annual party went to hell, to give a few examples.

But yeah, I'd say Mare-Ti gets screwed out of her superpower as usual, but it's not so bad when the other powers aren't things like wind and fire.

Has anyone noticed that Pinkie Pie is basically an obvious Inspired from Genius: The Transgression?

She kitbashes a flying Wonder out of nowhere which quickly undergoes Revelation when Gilda touches it. She has trouble explaining her ideas, which are quickly disregarded as Pinkie being Pinkie. She seems almost supernaturally likeable in some situations (a Genius with high Obligation?) and her reality warping could be explained as the creation of a very large Maniac Field, as a result of her believing that she is tapping into real science with her tech and that everyone else is just being silly. Or maybe it's Grafted and internalized reality-warping Wonders? She's used technology that shouldn't even work which malfunction when people touch them (aka definition of Wonders). Hell, she even begins descending into madness and a belief that other ponies aren't worth her time and effort when she thinks she's lost her friends. How far is she from some serious Transgression there? How long until she brings Rocky to life- with psychic knife powers?
