Time for my musings:
Gamzee probably achieved got tiger without telling anyone, and maybe he changed into his casual clothes or something (UU did mention that the clothes were interchangeable).
He was god tier all this friggin' time fuuuuuck.
Now I'm guessing he's on some secret mission to redeem his wrongdoings or some shit and I don't know where I'm going with this.

I just realized that Gamzee, being a bard class, can use any items that other Heroes can use. He had a jokerkind, so it doesn't seem too farfetched for him to be able to use the Quartztables, Turntables, etc the same way a non-realized Hero of Time would.

Why it's confirmed that Gamzee has been Godtier and this isn't a bullshit theory:

When you reach Godtier any damage you had on you, say a lost arm, eye, legs, etc. Are all recovered. Gamzee has the claw marks on his face, and he's in in Codtier clothing. If he turned Godtier after the claw marks were given, then the claw marks would have disappeared.

He has indeed been a God this whole time.
