You sneak over to the willow tree, and find a branch. The branch appears to be solid, and would make a supple weapon. You also note that this odes not increase your wood count, but it does get added to your inventory. As you're holding it, though, it's not taken into some inventory dimension somewhere.
Stick: +1 ATK
You then rush over to the meteor and ignite the stick, giving it an extra +1 ATK power, making it a fairly useful item in itself. You think you're just about ready to take out the monster in the middle of this field. Yup, it's still asleep, alright now that you have a better view of it. It would appear to be a Green slime, a weak and pretty slow monster. You've heard of them for the longest time, but never had the guts to look for one outside of San Francisco, with all the warnings about the "Danger behind the gates..." Wait, How do you even remember anything like this? Ah well, duly noted.
You Head up to the green slime while it's asleep and hit it as hard as you can! It deals a nice 6 damage to the Green slime, waking it up! As you hit it, sparks and embers jump off the slime's body. It would appear that it has a weakness to fire, as the sloppy innards in the slime shrivels up as soon as it's hit.
As the slime wakes up, it creates some acid, and tries to shoot it at you. Quick enough to notice however, You counterattack the thing on it's back with the torch just as the slime's jumpattack hits you, with the acid burning you for 2 damage, just as you kill the slime. The slime slumps down into a pile next to you, and stops moving. You believe you have the hang of combat at this point, examining the corpse curiously.
+6 EXP
And you appear to have gotten the hang of it enough, that you level up!
You gain: +1 points to STR, DEX, INT,and CHR.
+5 Max health
+1 Class point
You're fairly sure you know what 4 classes you can chose from, Beserker, Marksman, Controller, and Temporalist. You have abosolutely no idea what any of the classes mean though, so please feel free to chose!
What do you DO>?
Also, thanks for subscribing ;_;

Element Ascent! Kill monsters, get grist, go higher, and DON'T DIE. Mineworld! (Dead...ISH??)Bridgegap! (Cancelled due to laziness)
In this Spoiler is my dark collection of black magic, Opening it releases the forces of light and dar- ...You misclicked on it didn't you.
Well let's see: Berserker= Close combat weapon class with no regards for defense.
Marksman= Ranged weapon class, would probably split up in traps and ranged weapon mastering.
Now for the two unknown :
Controller: close/middle/ranged magic/weapon (?) class, might be able to control the elements or beasts.
Temporalist= close/middle/ranged magic/weapon (?) class, either tempoary buffs and debuff caster or speed fighter that fights on a tempo.
You gain from the fight a sharper eye, as well as a little more health, speed, and damage. Your burning stick will probably stay on fire for awhile longer, being as those grass fires stayed alive for like 13 panels. Reguardless, you find a Greentyke Marksman hat. It provides a additional +1 Dex when worn, Which very will is very useful!
Taking the sudden calm, you decide to keep exploring the area to see if you can find more trees and goodies.
Speaking of goodies, you go to the right and look around. There's what looks like a fish floating around the pond, which still contains lots of clay. You check, and notice that the pond is in fact fresh water, which will prove invaluable as you try to survive longer. You notice also some kind of peculiar trees closer to the coast, which have very thick trunks, so you appear to have the wood situation covered as well. You also quickly notice what appears to be a treasure chest! It does have a lock on it though, and that may prove to be a problem unless you try to force the lock. Lastly, there is some kind of sun flower sitting in the middle of the field. Odd, considering the other flowers were just purple, and this one is bright yellow. You take quick note that the island does extend a bit farther, however you have your goal in sight, WOOD.
Speaking of which, you feel a bit more in tune with nature. You can feel the wind a little stronger, notice the grain of the wood on the stick, and can smell the salt form the sea.
HOWEVER.
What do you do>?

there is a monster in the sea again
>heed not the warnings of monsters, TO THE WOOD!
also open that chest and do all the shit that would generally be expected of you
>heed not the warnings of monsters, TO THE WOOD!
also open that chest and do all the shit that would generally be expected of you
Aw, am I really that boring? Well, time to put this think-pan to good use >
You begin picking up sticks on and around the tree (not pictured), And continue to do so, until you have 10 units of wood! You could do some pretty good stuff with this amount of wood. Or just sit around waiting for it to do something. Wood can do stuff if you leave it out, right? It can collect bugs, and turn into sawdust... ya know, stuff like that. Now for something less stupid.
You start messing with the chest to see if you can open it. You deduce 2 things. One, you can't force the lock. The lock appears to have a fail-safe if you break it, threatening to break the contents. Also, it appears to require a Brass key. If you happen to find one, you'll need to use to unlock the chest. You can't have possible loot piling up, can you?
You decide you should probably keep going right just to make sure you've seen the end of the island. You are quickly met by a Large Wooden Wall blocking the way. Also, a deep trench was dug right beside it, So that nobody would swim across. Actually, you're fairly sure you can't even swim. But from peering past he barricade, You can only tell that the island appears to end there. You can also hear footsteps and grunting behind the barricade, So you know some manner of beast is behind it. For now, however, you think you're well off! >What do you do?

Go ask god what to do with the sticks
obey what god says
unless it includes shoving them up your arse
That ends badly
Don't worry, Lucius is not gay. Certainly not gay. Nope. He is very certain he's not gay and does not shove sticks into his asshole. That would make this thread NSFW, right? We can't have that. In fact, most of my images I draw ARE in a workplace. Not mine, but it's almost for public display.
BTW, tell ALL YO FRIENDOS about this adventure! Lurkers are welcome to enter the light of posting!

Create a wooden spear then equip hat, then create a wooden shield and a wooden shovel, then dig a trench that's about half your height before the wall and then put the wall on fire using a branch that you shall put on fire via the meteor again. After all that stand back and stand ready with spear and shield.
My Chum Handel is darkMirror, Just look me up if you want to have a chat.
Hey guys! So, with the power outage, and a 4 day trip to Florida, I’m back and better then previously! Enjoy a HUGE ASS UPDATE B)
You scuttle back over to Huz, and Show him the wood you have collected. He appears pleased, and shows you what to do next, by explaining the crafting system.
Converselog!
LA: Alright! I collected some sticks and wood from some nearby trees! Will this be enough?
HZV: Yes, this is more than enough my boy! Now, for you to make anything out of this wood, you’ll need to make a workbench. This is plenty more efficient that working on the ground.
LA: Wait, why do I need to make a table to make tools?
HZV: That is simple! If you’re working on the bumpy earth, your weapons will be bumpy and jagged, while working on a surface will ensure it is made properly and Impurity free!
LA: Okay, Good enough for me I guess! Stop me if I’m doing it wrong.
You learned how to make a WORKBENCH! With this, you can make tools and supplies, without the risk of the tool backfiring!
Converselog!
HZV: Alright, steady, just like that son!
LA: Wow! That was a lot easier then you said it to be!
HZV: With Patience comes good teaching boy, now put it down right here.
LA: Cool! So, what can I make with this now that I have it?
HZV: For starters, I’ll pass on some of my knowledge of crafting to you. As I have to conserve my Zeal, I can only give you the basics, but you can find this knowledge in many ways other than just me! HOHOHOHO!
LA: Okkaayyyy… Well thanks anyway! So, what should I do now?
HZV: Well, son, one of the reasons I am your Deity, as well as your guide, is because I have known for a long time these areas contain a complex of dungeons and Ruins which contain many holy artifacts of old, and I believe that one of these ruins may be on this island.
LA: So, is there anything else on this island that you can sense?
HZV: I can detect 4 more Beings in this area that have a different essence nearby, while there is 2 beings with an essence like yours.
LA: Essence?
HZV: Boy, essences are like a genetic trail. Humans have a very… specific essence, while other beasts have very simple essences.
LA: Alright! That works for me, now let me work on making some tools!
HZV: Godspeed my boy!
You have obtained CRAFTING LEVEL 1! You can now make anything in the below list:
Craftlist:
Using you remaining wood, you decide to make both a Wooden spear and a Wooden shovel. The Wooden spear will prove to be a bit better suited for more serious combat, while the shovel will let you obtain more materials like dirt. Good thing you didn't collect up that clay yet, Because this way you will definitely be able to pick up more of it. However, you won't be able to make anything like a shield now as long as you have zero wood. You also take notice that while it can be repaired, Wooden tools have only 10 uses, even though Wooden weapons can be used infinitely unless broken.
You hear what sounds like a door closing, As you begin to dig a trench for you to hide in. As you do so, you unlock the material Dirt! This is perhaps not the most practical, but has many applications if used properly. Using your shovel 3 times, it costs you 3 durability. Also, you notice some that it's quieter now, other then the cackling of burning hot rock and trees and weeds and ocean waves, plus you think you can hear... snoring?
You pick up your trusty torch, and toss it at the barricade. It quickly ignites the wall, as you stand and watch. ...Yup. It's certainly on fire.
...
You decide to take a nap so that you can wait out all these shenanigans. 2.48 hours later...
BLUH! You wake up suddenly in a quick moment of consciousness. It would appear that the barricade is burned down, leaving not much but a mountain of ashes, with bright red embers still burning in the pile. Some of the ashes have also blown into the ocean as well. Neatly nearby is a burnt out torch, which you assume is the same as the one you used to kill the Green slime. It's done it's job well for it's country(Sort of). You stand up and grab your spear, an spin it around. It would appear another monster, an ORK BRUTE lies in sleep near the beach. Plus, there is a stairwell leading down into who knows where, as well as a canvas tent, made from a patchwork display of animal skins. You wonder where These things even got Animal skins, when the only animals you've found is a green slime and a fish, and the butterfly. Oh well. It would appear also that the sun is getting a lot closer to setting now, so you should work on serving your time!
WHAT...
DO YOU DO?
Items:
Wooden Spear: +3 ATK +1 STR
Wooden Shovel: Double Dirt drops, 7/10 Durability.
Sometimes you hate these Gif images. It's hard and nobody understands.
Ha, JK

(man how is that meteorite still cherry red after 2 hours of cooling down?)
(The answer is that it is in fact a solar missile, Which can glow cherry red for nearly a full day, simply do to radiation and carting magical butterflies.
Srsly.)

It's the special time of the year boys and girls! It's... Huge ass update time!
>Execute the ork brute
You attack the sleeping Ork Brute! In doing so, you activate a skill you appear to have learned, Double Strike! Basically, it does 2 attacks in one turn! Your first strike deals a measly 2 damage, while the other deals a solid 5. However, this does nothing to the brute, who is wearing a full set of Leather Armour. Also, stabbing the monster appears to not be waking him up. You would consider this an odd occurrence, if not for the sweltering rage built from the fact you Cannot deal any direct damage to him while he has Armour on. The Ork Brute's Armour Aegis suffers slightly.
>UNFATHOMABLE RAGE
We are quickly interrupted by Steve the censorship Slime, to return to you destroying the Ork Brute savagely. All that's left is some chunks of Ork flesh, and a large puddle of blood. It's too bad though, because although an Ork would leave behind a good pool of EXP, For some reason you apparently didn't take part in the majority of the battle, and only salvaged 4 EXP from the encounter. 5/15 EXP Till level 2.
The blood is quickly soaked up by the sand, and you ignore the chunks of flesh for now, to examine the loot. You manage to find a Bag of Gold Coins, and a pair of Leather Pants. Pretty good for an encounter without taking any damage! You're so excited to completely ignore the fact that a dead monster was just wearing these pants, and that there's no animals nearby to even make leather out of, and put them on anyway.
Amazingly, they fit. Because, this is an RPG after all, and Armour of weapon size is not a thing you can ever say exists in this medium.
>Collect gold coins.
Just as you attempt to collect the coins, they're added into you're resources, bag and all. you kinda hoped you'd be able to use the bag as well, but you suppose it wasn't real to begin with. You now have 15 gold coins.
>See if you can drag Orc Brute into the pit left by the solar missile. Use him as a sacrifice to your god.
On man that would have been a great idea if you hadn't destroyed the body and if the author hadn't already made the previous frames Whoa who said that. Regardless, you take the largest, salvageable and probably cleanest chunk of flesh and toss it into the solar missile as tribute. You we're actually aiming for the pit next to it but you're a terrible aim. As you do, the rays around the solar missile grow slightly brighter and Hutz (Once again, working title) Glows a little hotter too. You maintain conversation.
Converse Log:
LA:So, I've contributed something as a offering. Are you any stronger? Or wiser?
HZV: Well, It's not a grand difference, but it's not something to take for granted, boy.
LA:So, other then fill the air with rotten flesh stink, which is like the worst stink, what did it do?
HZV: Well Boy, the more offerings you give me, the longer I can stay in the plane, at least until you can find more followers of my word.
LA: So, I guess I'll do this again if I find some more corpses.
HZV: Wait, that was a corpse? You're going to need to try harder then that if that's the most complete body you can find.
LA: LOOK ARMOUR MAKES ME ANGRY, ALRIGHT?
HZV: Calm, Boy. Continue you're adventuring.
LA: Fine, sorry I yelled.
HZV: That's quite alright.
>approach the building carefully
You enter the building, carefully in case more monsters are nearby and planning a trap of some sort. The entire tent could be an illusion, an attempt to lure you into some huge dead-fall run by government cyanide maple trees, Except that entire statement is out of place and you just open the door.
You are currently in the tent with an Ork Commander. He immediately notices you! No backing out of this now, anyway. Next to him is what looks like a Human wriggling around, because he currently Gagged and Bound by ropes. Also there's what appears to be a lit fire nearby, most likely to cook the human, because everyone knows Orks eat human flesh. Even though Orks are fictional by any definition of the word. A brief Dialoge ensues.
Conversation Log;
LA: Monster! Release the wriggling human and disperse immediately!
OC: How about no.
LA: Darn! Look what are you going to do! Probably something evil right?
OC: Dunno.
LA: Well,then release the human!
OC: Nah.
You appear to be stuck in a stalemate. What do you do?
I edited my signature so that 1: I can have text down there, and 2, Because that other thing I made looked like shit.
So, enjoy!

Words per minute ( this message has taken 4ever)
