Finally have free time again to start playing all my characters, the addiction has set in again.

I'm currently on a first playthrough (that hasn't been aborted after one quest from Caius) and it's pretty cool. I'm using the Brorrowind modpack sans MGE and with the gryphon race mod because fuck land. Only downside to brorrowind is that it's interiors and caves are very dark (which might be a plus to other people). What other modpacks do you guys use?
I have Morrowind 2011 without MGE, a mod that lets me run a city, and a mod that makes the leveling system.

The Elder Scrolls III: Tribunal has only one dungeon and it's a sewer level.
A really big sewer level.
Yeah tribunal is pretty much "make a bunch of rich people happy, bust up some machines, kill some dark surly dudes and run though sewers."
All in all I enjoyed bloodmoon much more. The tribe was sweet, the whole armor deal was buckets of fun, and I loved building up the colony.
I have already made an excursion to solstheim, back when I did not yet have thirteen thousand gold and in fact was too broke to take the boat - I walker across the sea instead - and did a few quests until it became apparant that I was way underleveled.
I did the frostmoth quests up until the smuggling ring, and traveled to Thirsk, where I rescued that priestess. I did not go as far as the Skaal village. Too many bears.
Well, I've had my long-awaited chat with Her Illustrious Bugfuck Mistress Almalexia, who asks me to bring the blight back to Morrowind by activating the Hraarg-Herpaderp inside the dwemer ruin of Amsterdamz-Blarfcthulhucleft.
My mod was mentioned on some 'best mods of april' list, after having been on the front page of Skyrim Nexus for several days. Considering I made it by drawing a bunch of colorful circles in the region editor, I think it did pretty well for itself.

Most memorable dialogue in Morrowind so far: A sick burn from Bolvyn Venim.
'You are a fool. An ignorant, ill-mannered outlander fool. I'd rather make a monkey hortator.'
Oh yeah he's awesome.
Dagoth Ur has some great dialogue as well. Also if you end up finding M'aiq that's some good times as well.
Some of my favorite dialogue was working through Telvanni quests. They really breathed character and life into the game. "We don't really care what you do, just leave me alone. If you're doing things that poorly I'm sure you'll be killed for it anyways."
And so begins the legend of Equius, the refined, punch-happy orc (I only use fists [although I panicked and used flames once] and bows, which are dropped after one use)
(I'm finding it hilarious that, even though I only ever use a bow once, I'm still gaining levels in archery)
sig quotes I guess? (one of them)
I approve of this course of action. I think maybe for extra cool, you could use a mod that messes with the physics force thing or something, to represent STRONG punch, thus punting draugr halfway across the room.
Or you could not do that, that works too.
I really should see about getting a new signature.
armor: nah
speechcraft: 100

You don't buy mods. They are free. You download them after installing the game.
Usually you get the mods from either Steam or the Skyrim Nexus.
I suggest you get the Dragonbone weapon pack, Killmoves +, RNG Gaurds, Sounds of Skyrim, Midas Magic, the Unofficial Patch, and the Region Names mod. There are also several graphics mods I would suggest, but I don't know how powerful your PC is.
Most of these mods can be found on the first few of these pages.
