There's several songs I've heard remixed far more than Doctor, like Atomyk Ebonpyre, Upward Movement, Beatdown. I actually don't recall having heard a Doctor remix before?

This is what I'm thinking I'll have to do, too.
Shame because Universe A grabbed me right away with stuff like Temporal Shenanigans and Gold Pilot.

Gold Pilot is the sort of song I could loop forever. It would be the soundtrack of my life.

Why does this song have so many remixes? I mean, 2 or 3 would make sense, but almost 8-9? It seems a little unoriginal.

Volume 5, my friend.
People on the team had all these projects lying around, and they went "fuckit" and threw a fair number in, whether they were particularly proud of them or not.
Volume 5 just has
a lot of music.
And some of it doesn't stand out very well.
Anyway Doctor remixes are great and I love them there is currently a trinity of Heir Transparent, Saviour of the Dreaming Dead, and Green Ghost.
The funny thing is that I don't really care for any of the other remixes. Or the original song, even.

Everytime I hear something like this, all my mind can process is "I liked ___ before it was cool". Hiiiipsteeeer!

Oh that reminds me Mark Nabors' song got on there, and so did the art that everyone said would be the best for it!

Here in Universe B there are a few songs which are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME, and some songs which are cool.

In Universe A there are quite some songs which are quite awesome, quite some songs which are cool.

For me, at least, it just seems to be a case that some of the songs on Universe A were originally slated for PM or Serenity or other characters, and were put up as songs for the Ancestors/Trollkids. I love Universe A, I just have the biggest soft spot for the kids and these songs.

Plus, there isn't a copyright infringement issue this time, it seems.
