I think xqz was doing something similar with Equius' animation. However, I'm not sure if it's still something in actuality...so maybe you should ask about it.

Because we have an additional mode for people who want to see other characters. It's as simple as that. Jake was never really the only focus point of that project, after all...

Do you have something you could use to edit gifs? Because I can't do Jade's. So, if you could, I would appreciate it.

Well... I kinda just use photoshop (on animation mode) and the pencil tool on masking mode. It makes extracting sprites a lot easier. Any specific sprites you have difficulty with?

Sorry, I had to leave for a few hours...so...well, I kinda have problems with pretty much all of Jade's animation you gave me. When I try to extract the different expressions she make, the transparency is screwed. Maybe you'll have more luck with it.

I've updated the OP with the full John's sheet (barring a few sprites there and there). Which took approximatively a hour. Fuck he has a lot of sprites.

I am so, so sorry about the delay in getting the individual frames! :c I had some trouble figuring out the order I put the frames in because it was pretty random and I really should've taken notes (shit where's my pen).
