First, you can't go charging in demanding your stuff back; whatever Sigrid did to convince you to hand all your stuff over, she'll do it again and this time you might not get out. You can't go to the guards just yet, because she had you sign that paper, so you need to prove that she was manipulating you somehow. Maybe if you get your hands on that bottle of strange perfume, you can make a case, but you'll need an ally to help you steal it, and I think I have just the person. Remember that strange not-vampire lady? The one who hates magic potions? Well, Sigrid's an alchemist. I.e. one who makes potions. Do the maths.

First, you need nothing that you lost.

Ok, you can be in this town for a max of three days, right? That was the plan, anyway. This means that any "shocking"(don't even have that spell, waist of purrfect pun power) or "explosive" actions you take must be directly before you bolt(another wrong pun, danmit). Also, you have to do this in a manner that does not have the slightest chance of being discovered by your lawful freindin the slightest manner. As such, you need a plan. First off, fire is not an option. She is better then you, that is a fact. You toss a fireball, you die. You die and she has already consumed a game breaking combonation of magic resistance, regeneration boosts for everything, defence, and magic damage potions. She can't know what is happening when it happens. She knows you have fire and, as I already said, she will become quickly immune to that. As such, your other spell is a far better choice. Animal puns, but not cat puns, must be collected for use before you leave.

Day one's end(now):
Go to the temple and explisitly request "pitty cloths."
After you already have your clothing, absorb some magic and leave.

You are now a theif. You WILL be hiding in a barrle and you WILL be eating corn while no one is looking. Attempt to only steal corn from bbarrels.

Day two:
You will not be getting the 22 coin better blade yet. You have no cash.
Take lessons from the guy who offered you free sword lessons.
Check up on the imps.
Bug the perfectly normal human, who can't run anywere. Just cause you are bored.
Talk to everyone in town, again.
Spend as much time as you can practicing your telekenetic ability with corn.
The other guy with lessons is more then likly just horny. We may be wrong about that, though.
Initiate his lessons. If he is actualy teaching you, you learn. If he is horny, you get boned and a place to sleep for the night. If he tryes for both, you can become offended and take advantage of the situation. You are no prostitute, quite.

Day three: this is the last day.
By now, you will have a new list of things to do.
Spend as much time as you can practicing your telekenetic ability with corn.

At the end of the day, try to take down that wall. Also, try to toss some corn like bullets. Steal nothing. Just take down that wall. Use no cat puns and start no fire.

If at any point you learn lightning, slaughter the fish. Actualy, go back to the well and use that pun to pull one of them up out of the water.

I felt that Nah was fairly reluctant to work with Sigrid. It's like she has to, not that she wants to.

Katia: First off, all these ideas about clawing your way through the guild or sneaking in and stealing the book are fairly dumb. You may be a khajiit, but you are awful at being a khajiit.

Find Nah on the way to the Wood Elf That Is A Cultist (Wetiac), and explain to her your predicament. You gave her your whole spiel, so she should believe you. Why else would you be naked and in even deeper poverty? Certainly not from conscious decisions on your part.

(If Nah happens to join us later on, I imagine Katia will be getting injured enough for her to be satiated.)

Also, drape yourself in a particularly low hanging guild banner so you don't get arrested and your numerous other subconscious voices don't get all hot and bothered.

Katia: Whatever you're thinking, I highly wouldn't recommend going against Sigrid to get your stuff back, especially with your lobbing balls of uncontrollable fire. She's the head of the Mage Guild for a reason. And while everyone else is saying it's alright to get the justice system on your side, think about what she did to you just now. Even if you somehow find a loophole to the voluntary donation plan, she's obviously going to do "The Talk" again and sway everyone to her side, including you again. What you need right know is to know how she persuaded you and how to counter-act this. Maybe Steph might know something about this, so go try asking him. If Sigrid didn't lock the door, that is.

Hahaha, I feel like I should explain that before the conspiracy theorists go wild: I rotated the church so I could get a better interior shot (the tall walls would've made it hard to portray horizontally). But seriously, the fact you even noticed the rotation inconsistency stands as testament to how shockingly comprehensive your writeup is. It truly was full assed.

I noticed the church first thing, mainly because you kinda need the door in the back just so you can get to the side with the castle. Since, you know, there'll be big broken spire blocking the path and middle door.

Also, you know what's funny? I have a mod for Oblivion that allows me to not start in jail, but to actually be arriving in a ship to Anvil, before the events start, just like this.

Good, you woke up. Sigrid used a charisma potion on herself. There was no bartering, Katia. You just handed over everything. This has been a pretty bad day hasn't it? Back to square one, but there is no way that you can change that by confronting Sigrid immediately Katia. You have no leverage against her and she can just use the potion again to make you think being broke and naked is great. What you need to do tonight is find clothes and somewhere to sleep. Tomorrow, you will have a clear head, some friends maybe and you will have surprise on your side. The "guild" was closed the whole day wasn't it? Maybe Sigrid was out the whole time. If you can avoid her and Steve then you can try to use your lockpick (bound to you by destiny as it seems to be) to try and get your equipment and Quill-Weave's letter back. The last time you were reckless you almost died. Take a rest.

Don't try to sneak in tonight Katia. You don't have any experience at sneaking and nothing to carry things in. You have everything to lose right now. Your one chance to get it back is if they are gone. Then you will have all day to figure out how to get in whether you try to pick the lock or do something else.

There actually do not appear to be laws against it, since the salesmen don't seem to mind when I cast charm spells on them to make them give away their products at ridiculously low prices.

I think its worth noting that Katia has demonstrated clearly above average willpower. Sure, she got fleeced, but Sigrid has been pulling the same thing on the entire rest of the town and they haven't even figured it out at all. And apparently those that do are too ashamed to talk about it.
Katia is in a unique position of being strong enough to fight the effects, but not so strong that she needs to feel ashamed that it succeeded at all.
