Started this back before my birthday but the video took my attention away...

So Katia is clearly not enjoying the bondage.

Ok then, this was originally going to be pencil only but then I started digging through my old stuff and found crayons and colored pencils. I decided to live up that moment and color like I was younger. It has been a long time, but go ahead and badger me if you want.

This is kinda of a two meaning picture.

1. It represents the control the reader has over Katia and how it's not always in her liking. The ropes hanging down are puppet strings as we are the puppeteers.

2. It represents the grip her phobia has on her psyche, note the eyes in the background.

I just realized I am pretty sure I forgot to mention this when it was first posted, and I felt kind of bad about that because I really like it. The multiple layers of symbolism come across really well, an the expression is very fitting. (And congrats on post 100!)

I am not up on the Japanese Animes enough to get the reference, but thank you for the fanart nonetheless! I can at least rest easy knowing Katia, in the final image, is just as confused as I am.

Just some fanart sketches I drew up. heh I suppose it would have worked better if I had used a scanner instead of a webcam, but sadly I do not have one. Oh well... I guess

I started playing the game Stalker: Call of Pripyat. I thought this would be a great cross over.

To my Fellow Prequel fans,

Katia is in the game S.T.A.L.K.E.R., Which is a Horror FPS with minor RPG and adventure elements. Think Fallout 3, but less RPG, and more paranormal activity.

The game is set around the Chernobyl power plant after it blew up. Instead of radiation and cancer, it apparently it gives off magic rays, 'cause the area around the plant (The Zone) started acting strange. Animals mutated, the Dead walked, and "Anomalies" started popping up. The Anomalies contain deadly trap-like pockets of toxic gas, radiation, electricity, fire, and gravity distortions. The only reasons to get near them is to collect these "artifacts" which give the user powers and are often very valuable. The Pineapple is the artifact, Katia kinda looks bummed to find it.

If you like your games with a bit of depth and a lot of suspense, You might wanna try S.T.A.L.K.E.R Call of Pripyat.

The way I interpret it, she's just trying to remember what people are supposed to do with pineapples. After a good three hours of trying to peel it she'll probably just give up and sell it to a trader. For a hundredth of its value.

As an author, you know you've portrayed an antagonist well when people draw their self-insert character jumping into the frame and beating them up. Thus, thank you! It is a big compliment whether you meant it to be or not.

So being a Breton Steve is partially magic resistant. Therefore he might not be completely under her control, but just is unable to fully resist her commands. That would explain why he is so sullen and resentful. See how he looks sad when looking at Katia, but angrily glares at Sigrid.

Also guys we need to figure out what type of puns produce a dispel effect.

Of course, your depth purception is not so great at the moment with your injured eye (your hand-eye coordination must simply be pawful), so you may well drop the amulet down her shirt, or get the cord tangled up. But a wonderous person like Sigrid will surely forgive you.

giving the amulet and then having enough sense to wreak havoc with her should be full meter is the best instant action
also, its magic vs brute force, I get the idea asotil would die 1on1, of course, he might not, does he kill citizens on clothing rules?
if you follow the events, the mages guild over time will *insert explosion* because well that's what happens in game
