This looks like it's got a lot of potential to be awesome. It's nowhere near as deep as Homestrife, but it's also nowhere near as cripplingly over-ambitious as Homestrife, and most importantly, actually exists. Unfortunately, I don't have any talents that could actually help you. I can't do art or programming at all, and the one thing I can do, voice acting, is something that you're not even ready to consider implementing.
I do, however, have friends who might have the skills to help you out. I'll pass this around to them. Best of luck!
Looks good. However, I dunno if its just because its a demo and unfinished, but the only control that seemed to work for me was the Block (Shift) button. Nothing else seemed to do anything.

Thanks! I never did aim for this to be a giant project; One, because it's an AS2 Flash, and two, it's a fan project. :P I will be adding more features and combat mechanics as the project continues, however. I'm also planning for a sequel that doesn't focus on PvP and more on the SBurb , such as fighting imps and bosses and stuff (Which will allow for more sicknasty combos and less worrying about balancing; ever played The Dishwasher? :P)let's just wait and see what happens. Oh well then is there anything specifically I could do? I will take a break from what I am working on right now and help you with your sprites. I guess I will look at Vriska because she is cool. Now all the rip page has to do is load...

Yeah, that'd be great if you could work on Vriska. You can recolor vrisjacket John for some of the rips
The Vriska sprite sheet is pretty much done, all I need is the second running animation, however I have on question. No matter what Vriskas hair will ALWAYS clip into her body, doesn't matter which sprite sheet I base it off of (Right now Karkats) Should I do anything differently?

I'm going to deal with long hair differently when I animate it; I would just erase any hair that's near the body sprites, and then I'll do the head sprites afterward
Is there any difference between the characters and the weapons yet?
Well, in the demo, I was messing around with the different weapons for both characts, and I didn't see any real difference damage-wise. I'm not sure if the hitting range is changed either. But, I'm not sure, and it's just a demo, so there's a lot to change.
