I've been thinking about Beta Vriska, what Aranea said and "Future Dream Rose: Cease to exist." A doomed timeline ends when its influence on the alpha timeline ends, right? Therefore, that the fight between Briska and Bec Noir, or any activity after that, has some influence on the alpha timiline. That influence can be either direct or through dream bubbles, though. Probably wishful thinking, but there's room for the interpretation that Beta Vriska is still alive. At least, there's some possibility that Briska will appear in the story. Anyway, I know this sounded obvious. I just wanted to get it off my chest.

WEll, betaRose I always figured went into a dreambubble, which are in the furthest ring, which are outside of the medium, and not subject to normal spacetime laws. But, the idea is that Briska saw the green sun flash and followed it.

Which one did you took? Still trying to find mine, but goddamn does Vriska have some weird fangs. At least I got the horns covered. And message about Vriska cosplaying is never pointless; this is the Vriska thread.

the impression I got from beta Rose was that she voluntarily ceased to exist, merging with her alpha self to transfer her knowledge. and while that's kind of sad, it beats being alone in a doomed timeline forever after Dave left to become Davesprite.

as for beta Vriska, assuming she survived is a bit of a long shot but makes a certain amount of sense given recent updates with Aranea. we've confirmed she actually exists and that Terezi is fairly much "responsible" for her. sure she could be dead, but really having yet another dead Vriska at this point is redundant and doesn't add anything that couldn't be done with the alpha one. the big mystery at the moment is why no one's seen any Vriska at all, except for Hussie. if the outer gods are interfering, why? personally I'm betting she's the one killing the gods, possibly because they're trying to stop her from navigating the outer ring, possibly because she wants them to fight back and kill her, possibly because they just look like end game level monsters and she's an unrepentant EXP mooch.
