Emphasis is mine, and they do backpedal off that a bit after that, but it just rubs me the wrong way. Like, I think it probably is new/excitable town, with the 'Oh, cool, people are voting for someone I saw something in, yay!', but something about it just makes me sort of go ehhhh. Nothing lynch-worthy, but certainly not in my town reads. Which are few.

Yes, I am still quite new, I haven't ever lead, or been one of the first votes on anyone that has gained a wagon and lead to a lynch.
I was excited about the possibility of finally achieving such, but it didn't happen, and it probably would've been a mislynch anyway, so I'm more than fine with it not happening.

You know those stories where it's like "If you say the daemon's name then they'll go back to the nether" and then you don't get harassed by them and stuff? The same thing goes for pressure votes. They lose their power if you say their name. Stop that.
