I might possibly be overreacting to Jacquerel's accusation that I was pulling underhanded shit but looking at the lynch at it's largest the only people I'm unhappy with are Tea and GX and in short no I am happy with this lynch

yeeeah, dini, I'm looking at that wagon on Jacq. We have a lot of lurkers and that scares me because lurking to avoid wagon analysis is a thing scum have been doing in more than one game recentishly, but ... GX looks bad and he looks bad in a "bad bussing" way. Tea looks off, and the main reason I've been avoiding aggroing him is /because/ of nightsit, because I think that may be polluting my reads (but that doesn't mean he's not scum...), plus Tea *is* a known beepbeep. So if Jacq flips scum I'd reallly want to look at Tea/GX.

oh also, something to remember about D1 behavior: Scum are gonna be a bit off normal scum behavior and a bit closer to town behavior, because as per the daypost, they don't have daychat.

I could look at Crilly, I could def. look at Namboto, but Jacq is just ... not helping his case?

Right, so it looks to me like there was a lot of overreacting early on, but I do not like Namboto/seastorm/Sinjin.

Namboto is being very noncommittal, such as weak reads (which he claims are from too few posts) making it abundantly clear that he doesn't know what to say about seastorm and wants to wait until she posts something else, and this post looks like he's just a bit too quick to jump to defending a scumbuddy. Sinjin wasn't getting a whole lot of attention at the time and didn't really need an excuse imo :/
Namboto you've got more posts now, so do you have anything more solid?

seastorm defending Sinjin like crazy, and has nothing to go on except meta (Namboto is backing her up too). She's normally very skeptical and asks everybody good questions, and I don't really sea her doing that a whole lot this game, which makes me even more suspicious. And then there's this post which looks bad to me. Asking about the wincon for a survivor isn't rolefishing, but she tries to defend her actions anyway. Paranoia from guilt, maybe?

Sinjin hasn't said anything that screams scum to me, but that may because of how little he's actually said, aside trying to defend himself.

As for Jacquerel, to be honest my gut says he is town, because of the rant-post he made. He shouldn't have gotten as close to being lynched as he is. However, he also hasn't addressed the actual issues being brought against him. I'm not going to defend him if he can't defend himself, because I very well could be wrong and he'll give some decent info from a flip.

However...

Mister Visceral my good friend, how was the show? I believe I speak for everyone when I say you've replaced into an interesting slot, and I'd like to here your thoughts so far.

Nrgh, okay I missed 2 days because of RL things and the Jacqwagon grew higher than I actually expected it to, to be honest. I can't speak for other people, but I honestly forgot you had said would be gone until saturday Jacq, my apologies and mostly my vote was -initially- for pressure reasons because of active lurking, as Sotek put so neatly.
As it is now though, I actually don't think Jac's slposion post changed my opinions drastically? It's at least very bitter tasting, that's for sure and I'm feeling not completely certain, but alright enough to leave my vote there.
Secondary lynch target would probably actually be Namboto because I think he is behaving in an obtusely nervous manner and kept mentioning being worried about Acio when Acio had done next to nothing apart from post gifs at that point also he seems to be in this little meta reasons syndicate with ssjt and sinjin or something >: U On the subject of Sinjin he is doing things that make me want to lynch him although this time I am tempted to believe it's /because/ we should lynch him this time.
Essentially ssjt, Namboto and Sinjin are doing this weird circle of meta chainsaw semi-scummy behavior buddying that is sort of disconcerting.

Also Jacq I even said that me and 'tek had different opinions. Like right in that post. How did you not see that? And the reason I didn't say (which I also said directly in my post, come on) until x1372's to tek's question, was so if we had the same reasons, I didn't pollute the question.

Well even with my "I don't post on sundays" thing yeah I did go a while without posting much didn't I? Ah well, time to remedy that.

First of all, hi there aS, welcome to this wonderful place under the sea. As for why I react strongly to sinjin, well. In newbfia he was our cop, but tunneled in on every town leader there was because he honestly believed them to be scum (and due to a day 1 claim prompted by a near lynch, he got blocked every night). Eventually we hit the godfather (which prompts scum to kill me) and, even though he was proven wrong again and again, he continued tunneling the people who are trying to lead town. Hence I'm wary because he makes my scumdar flip out when he's town. As of right now, however, I'm really ok with a lynch on him because
a) newb scum often lurk and profess that they're losing interest
and
b) he's been less productive than I have

Secondly, on Jacq, I too had forgotten that he said he'd be away, but I also didn't like his tone in his earlier posts (something also heavily present in his big flipout). I don't have a vote on him because I've been looking at tea and acio and trying to judge their actions (and I don't like ~ATH but that'll wait for now) and I think I'm leaning closer to agreeing with tea than I am with acio.

And potato, since when was I nervous? I'm not OMGUSing or doing anything really panicky. So obtuse, yes, nervous, no.

But as for right now I'm feeling that CRILLY needs more nakking (only 8 posts so far) and I don't like the fact that they didn't take off the jac vote after admitting they'd "derped".

The executioner lit the oil slicked fuse on the KILLING CANNON, watching as the sweat dripped from poor Jaquerel's face. Smoke gradually wafted off the fuse, moving closer and closer to the cylinder, until finally...

Jacod Clows - Wuss

How the hell did someone like Jacod Clows become a Grand Fishknight? This is a question that scholars have been preoccupied with for years. The problem is not so much that Jacod is a bad man, he is in fact as morally straight as you can get! However, being good isn't the only aspect of being a good fishknight, and that was seemingly the only one that Jacod had. His almost terrifying lack of ambition, aptitude, and of any ability at all made many question his position.

The truth was that while Jacod was indeed a wuss, he was also one lucky son of a bitch. With his uncanny luck, Jacod worked his way up among the ranks, either by just accidentally taking out the competition, or letting the world cause rivals to take themselves out. To this day, he doesn't know about this luck, simply wandering around and getting by without really noticing the chaos that ensues...

At night, he could select a target and hide behind him/her. Actions that normally would target him would miss.

In the case of investigative roles, the investigator would only read the person he hid behind if his target was investigated.
Kills would result in both him and his target dying if his target was shot.
Doccing would only protect the person he hid behind.
If he hid behind a redirected target, he would not be affected but would likely be hiding behind someone else.

Jaquerel was sided with Queen Mollusca, and thus was an honest member of The Grand Fishknights and will be dearly mourned for.

Just in case anyone is legitimately offended or upset, I wasn't actually that angry. Exasperated might be the best word. Ranting just made a fairly unenjoyable post a bit more interesting to write, it wasn't exactly the most fun situation ever.
