1) No lets use a day auditioning and use that as a means to potentially detect scumslips. What would you prefer, stay in RVS for that period? Look at the posts before that. I brought us out of RVS. I was also the only person at the time to post anything meaningful.

2) Here are questions that will help get the Court audtitioning out of the way sooner rather than later, and potentially draw out more scumslips. It will also provide people with a way to answer the *'d questions.

That's not a defense. The issues I found have nothing to do with RVS. And that's a very weak binary choice; a third option is to scumhunt from the start, and hope the King is paying attention.

That's making a very big assumption about how your words would be interpreted, and your wording does not support this stance.

"*means "answer eventually". by eventually, i mean towards the end of the "alotted" 24-36 hours rather than straight away, cos straight away you dont have much of a read."

Your wording indicates that the emphasis was on the time rather than the reasoning. It also says absolutely nothing about "Meta vs. Reads."

1. I'm probably a mid tier choice. I've had mixed results with scum hunting. I did well in WH5 (@sirlin forums), PH1/2 and WH4? (@GitP) but completely fucked up in Sotekhunt and Tinyhunt... I probably also botched it pretty hard in WH4 (@sirlin forums) but that game was all kinds of weird so... as for the things I'm good at... aside from generally getting lucky and surviving, I don't really have favorable qualities for the court. I've managed to obtain Mayor or Mayor like positions allot but those are generally based on trust rather than raw skill. Basically I think I'd make a good choice if this were a lower tier game, but there are some serious killers here.

2. The smart players are saying "Scumhunter" and I'd have to agree. I mean worst case you pick nothing but scumhunters, that seems golden to me. Like basically worst case, one might be scum or something but honestly, that just gives the others more exposure. I'd imagine they'd quickly out his ass.

I suppose a trait you may wish to avoid is good "rolehunters" as they could potentially turn things sour quite quickly if they're scum... I guess... I mean I still think good scumhunters will overcome that easily.

3. Mirdini and Sotek are a fucking given. Even if they're scum, they've proved FAR too powerful to not exploit in previous games. Sotek (er Laset?) worries me slightly simply because of the potential damage he could cause as scum... but I think that's a risk WELL worth taking as he has a general tendency to implode as scum (because he's too good of a player, when something is slightly off with him, it seems WAY off instead)

I don't really know this Acionyx but based on how opinionated he is, I'm going to assume he probably knows his shit. I also get the vibe that he a hunter based on how aggressive he seems. Finally since no one has really been on his case yet, I'm guessing he's at least somewhat respected as a player. That said he seems like a powerful voice and would probably make a good choice. Obviously though if someone knows him better they should speak up and correct me.

I think Deceptive, Arkaal, Chumpy and Cat would make good choices if you have a town read on them. Deceptive has traditionally been a bit of a lurker but when he comes out of his shell, he seems to be a very strong player. Arkaal is a bit of a gamble but he has so much experience as a witch that I definitely think he brings a valuable perspective and could definitely augment an already strong team. Chumpy was known as a bit of a crazy player but if you keep him in check he's proved quite strong at reading players in general (in several games). Cat is an underrated player I think, but she definitely had some epic yomi going in PH2 (@sirlin forums) where she saved me from death twice... IDK she's a bit of a dark horse choice but I definitely think she's a better player than she lets on.

I definitely don't like Aerinon, Ixtaccihuatl or Geneti. Aerinon's skills more similar to mine, he has solid fundamentals but questions himself in those high pressure situations (at least in the games I've played), he's also a bit of a lurker and this is from someone who was lover with him. Geneti... I'll be honest I just don't like this guy as a player but that's mainly due to the terrible impression he left on me in PH2... I just currently have nearly 0 respect for him as a player but hopefully he'll manage to change that this game. Ixtaccihuatl is just too new to the game still or at least that's my understanding.

Crilly, Airey, Tea and Kai- are players I still don't really know well enough to accurately judge.

Eidolonic, Jwlk and fortuna are players I really can't comment on because of my obligations as a mod.
