Para's kill on himself I do not think is marked as a Lynch, but his kill target is, so Anacreon had to be aligned with 2 of the following: LegendaryQ, Deceptive, and Fortuna.
Valldor has it right.
COVEN killed Geneti? How do you know that?
Your chumhandle is curiousCat and you are never, ever sarcastic.
Way to pay attention with that extra life
Your chumhandle is curiousCat and you are never, ever sarcastic.
Prime claimed cat as his lover; thus confirming her as a town.
Now that that is clear, why not ask Prime that question in your secret lover chat if you are that curious ^^
Can something please be done about Red? He hasn't posted since day one, and it's now day six. He asked to be replaced. It's making us getting majority harder, and is just a black hole spot. Replacement/modkill/ignore him? Not sure what the appropriate action is, just wanted to mention it. Again.
Also, can Prime/Tea chime in on Ixta? There's no chance she hasn't been discussed by court at some point... are we leaving her alive? The lack of real pressure on her tells me there's something I'm missing here. The 'I'm not talking, because I said so' is mildly infuriating, but I do have a few reads on the situation. Just not sure it's +EV to discuss the particulars.
As to who I actually want to kill today... I don't know. Oz was a favorite target of Sotek's, and Sotek seemed to be on the right track, considering he nailed Fortuna. But Oz is a pretty decent town read of mine, personally. Maybe Rubisco? She's new, but has coasted a bit on some pretty average walls/questiontimes. Being new isn't an excuse forever.
Rubisco - if you were the hunter, and it triggered tonight, who would you select?
Here we go. Something to nak about.
Who of the lynchees do y'all think are coaligned, and with which faction and why.
I believe the vigilante is Town and that either Fortuna (Sotek's case) or Deceptive (active lurking) were a Witch. I don't know if Bean was coven or jr. It kinda bothers me, but I don't have a clue about that one, he didn't post enough for me to see any kind of interaction that lead me to lean one way or the other, pretty sure he was Scum though. But his lynch doesn't count, does it? I had a null read on Q, slightly leaning Town after seeing how his lynch went through. Anacreon is probably Town because I doubt we're lucky enough to hit 4 Witches in 5 lynches.
So you think Fortuna was scummier than Deceptive?
If my read on current events is right, it's probably -EV to talk too much about it.
But yes, if one of those four is scum, I think it has to be Fortuna. I had a town read on her at the time, but my reads are notoriously bad. Bbobjs/Kai/Fortuna coven, with a straggler left over, makes a lot of sense. Bean makes sense as a JW in that world, and was probably nailed by the town vig. If I had to guess, we're looking at ~3 scum remaining? 1 coven, 2 JW. One of Arkaal or Aerinon was possibly a JW along with Bean, Aerinon in particular fits with Bean shenanigans on Day One.
I don't think Jwlk was scum. It's mostly meta, but he was my strongest town read after the townfirmed people, and bleh. I don't understand the court killing him, at all. But can't change the past.
We have 15 people alive, for 3 scum slots, in the world outlined above. 4 of those 15 are townfirmed (from my perspective, at least), leaving us with 11 names for 3 slots.
Ixta
Airey
Chump
Crilly
Geneti
Oz
Red
Rubisco
Stiq
Valldor
Shudder
Can probably take Geneti off that list, too, as it was confirmed he was targeted by the coven... unless you think the coven killed Bean. Which isn't something they'd do in this world, where we think he's a JW.
So 10 names left for 3 slots - 1 coven, 2 JW.
Who makes sense as coven out of those 10 names with Bbobjs/Kai/Fortuna?
Who makes sense out of the remaining 9 names as JW with Bean/Aerinon?
I'll have a huge post up sooner or later with vote/post analysis on those 10 people - just throwing those two questions out there for discussion while I compile.
Based on Prime's statement that Beans was the vigilante kill, that would make me believe he was Town, as Beans has been a target to kill yet pushed aside for other lynches on the agenda since day 1, so it was a safe kill for him to get out of the way.
This would mean that Anacreon would have been Town. Now as to which 2 he was aligned with (thus also town), I would say Q is one of them, mainly because there was not much of a read on him, other then the court really did not want other people joining, which I can fully understand. Not trying to exonerate him, he just seemed the least likely to be a Witch out of these 3.
Basically the other 2; Fortuna or Deceptive, was the real decision here:
As i stated in an earlier post (#1189), my opinion of Deceptive was more Town then most people after the happenings on Day 1. Fortuna also had a lot more evidence stacked against her it seems then Deceptive did, as Deceptive was Loose Cannon'd. So for me it would come down to did I trust the evidence of one Loose Cannon on Day 2 or the evidence of the Town on Day 5. My conclusion?
Fortuna => Witch
Deceptive => Town
LegendaryQ => Town
Anacreon => Town
to add onto Eido, there's only 8 that are not >90% town in my mind. 4 are townfirmed (including myself), roleread on Airey, Stiq is Stiq (i've made three posts on him, please don't ask a third time. my read hasn't changed since the last), and can we safely agree that Chump would ask for a replacement if scum?
GX just seems like aggressive town to me (wine or not wine), Rubi doesn't make enough posts for a read, but seemed town enough in the beginning. i have this roleread on Oz but it's faint enough to disregard. Ixta's 'i'll lurk and no prod will be able to stop me' makes me want to lynch her.. but eh (i drank the wine). Crilly is null, Eido is better.
i'll answer Tea's questions later when i'm not on my lunch break. jfc that is a whole pile of mess.

I feel like Ixta's special mixed blend of unhelpful and suspicious would make a good lynch for today, and I've been waiting a long time for it.
Who's with me?
VOTE IXTAAAAAAAAA
EBWOP: oooooookay, hold the phone
UNVOTE (or to be more accurate, not voting in the first place)
I just remembered what we've been discussing for the last couple of days!
Okay, so, let's presume Ixta's trying to get herself lynched? What exactly are the implications of that?
I'd still like to lynch her, but I've decided to exercise caution here. Especially considering that if she activates an ability that kills someone, she's probably going to target me.
Do we have any outstanding objections to an Ixta lynch?
Quick answer to Tea's question while I'm compiling analysis post on stuff in wordpad.
I don't think any of the lynch targets were knowingly co-aligned!
Only one of them was a witch, who I believe to be Fortuna. The other three have flipped town with the vig triggering and hitting Bean. Unless you can make a case for scum actually 'wanting' to kill Bean at this stage. Which I can't.
Hey guys, here's one of the things that's been taking my time away from the game: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/...dows-expansion
Check it out, why don't you?
I concur.
Well, scum would have to be asleep at the wheel to go for Bean, which means (assuming semi-competent scum) 3/4 lynchees were town and Bean was almost definitely the Vig-kill. Anacreon is townfirmed. Witches targeted GX, which means Deceptive was probably busy town all along. Fortuna is the scummiest (thanks, Sotek) but that doesn't explain what court was thinking on D3.
Concur with replacing Red and leaving Oz alone. I don't know if you've played with Sotek before, but there's really no way to know his actual motives at this point.
