By the way, I'm reading through the main thread, and I've spent more time reading profiles than actually reading the posts. Have you considered including short blurbs that summarize each character in a sentence or two? It'd make catching up a lot easier once the thread starts getting longer.

I did interact with a character. It's just that the creator or whatever hasn't made another post yet, so I'm kinda stuck waiting for either Barbam to do something that would warrant me having my character get the heck outta there, dragging Shannon just behind him, or for Pharmacy to respond.

I don't think it's anything like that - I think the "this isn't actually what happens" bit is a response to the line about how Fogel's character will be dead in the blink of an eye.

Flummox's character Rodrigo is the host of a parasite that gives him superpowers for some reason, but he can't control them. When the parasite's powers activate, he blacks out, and when he comes to, whoever he's fighting is dead. Since no time seems to have passed, he says that they died in the blink of an eye.

That said, I have no idea why he ignored the guards (or why the guards are just regular humans and not monsters and spellcasters like us).

Re-reading it, it seems he may have still been 'normal' up to the point where Barbam 'responded' to him? So I'm guessing as soon as he's attacked, Flummox' response will be him transforming and fighting back?

So for now, he's still a normal human to everyone else?

I thought that Fogel's character had somehow taken care of all the guards because I'm dumb and I misread his post.
I'm also dumb because I made dialogue for Fogel's character; I wasn't sure how we were running this thing and I neglected to notice that no one else had made dialogue for anyone else's character. I'll edit that out, it still makes sense without it.
I confess I really don't know what I'm doing. I suppose the thing to do now is assume that Mr. Rodrigo simply walked up and ignored the guards who are now about to arrest him.

Appearance/Description: Animus wears a skintight spandex suit colored in various shades of pink, along with a domino mask on her face. Her dark red hair is tied into a ponytail. On the front of her costume is a simplistic illustration of an eye; an oval outlined in black and filled with white, with a single black dot in the middle for the pupil, and black spikes ringing the edges as eyelashes.

Abilities/Items/Weapons: Animus can inject inanimate objects with personality fragments and direct them as minions.
