Your name is TELLUS PANDEM, and you are a troll. A jade-blooded troll, to be specific, that RAREST OF HUES which allows one to withstand the HARSH RAYS of the blindingly bright ALTERNIAN SUN. But you already knew that. After all, it is nearly your TENTH WRIGGLING DAY since you emerged from the BROODING CAVERNS, and you ALL KINDS OF know how to learn things which are common knowledge to everyone of your race. While you're on the subject of things you already know, you figure you might as well exposit about your Trollian handle too. You just picked a NEW TROLLTAG, after all, and you're pretty excited about it. Your trolltag is terrestrialTranquility, and (you (pro+ec+ (+he (words) closes+) +o) you)

On that note, since it IS in fact nearly your TENTH WRIGGLING DAY, your life is scheduled for a lot of CHANGES in the coming few days. For one, the IMPERIAL DRONE will be making an appearance to collect the GENETIC MATERIAL stored in the two, er... receptacles... in your hive. You don't need to go into much detail, as such topics shouldn't be brought up in polite company! Secondly, you're right about at the age where TROLLS OF YOUR PARTICULAR BLOOD COLOR are expected to ABANDON the bright sunlight and transition to CARING FOR THE MOTHER GRUB, a duty which sounds both incredibly important, and incredibly BORING to you. They probably don't have any PARTIES in the brooding caverns, and you are ALL KINDS OF about parties. In fact, you might just be the BEST PARTIER ON ALTERNIA, since you basically have parties ALL OF THE TIME. Even when you're alone. Which is usually, since your FRIENDS IN NEARBY HIVES tend to be asleep during the day when you're awake, and as a matter of fact, DON'T REALLY GET why you're so into partying all the time.

These are obviously slippers, and while they are in fact quite comfortable and fabulous, you're pretty sure they're not the reason you're celebrating this time. Maybe next party. You make a mental note to throw another party about slippers, shoes, and footwear in general, if you can find the time in the next few days. Might be hard though, you've got big plans for yourself and your friends coming up, and these plans just might be important enough to delay a shoe-party for.

Your respiteblock, as you can see, is absolutely COVERED in confetti, which you think is just awesome. Confetti is so much fun! Some of it's even left over from the last party you threw, celebrating for one of your FRIENDS ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF ALTERNIA, whom you talk with primarily via TROLLIAN. He had recently WON A LARGE SUM OF MONEY in a high-stakes FLARPING bet, and you were so excited you just HAD to throw a party about it. Even though he always wins his bets. It's almost as though he has ALL of the foresight. All of it.

Your RECUPERACOON is over by one of your WINDOWS, as you LIKE TO BE AWOKEN BY THE RAYS OF THE SUN. A number of GIFT-WRAPPED PRESENTS are strewn about your respiteblock, courtesy of your GIFTWRAP MODUS. You could store them in your SYLLADEX, but keeping a few of them in the physical plane makes your respiteblock look MORE FESTIVE. A variety of hues of PAINT are distributed throughout your room as well, as you never know when the MOOD TO PAINT BEAUTIFUL ART may strike you. A number of DECORATIONS adorn your walls as well, which you change out for new ones on a REGULAR BASIS, but you ensure there's always SOMETHING making your room look more fabulous.

None of these things are why you're celebrating though, and it's starting to puzzle you why you can't remember. What do you do?

You decide you should probably get some cleaning done. The confetti is getting PRETTY THICK in here, and maybe you might uncover a CLUE as to why you're having this party. You grab a random CAPTCHALOGUE CARD from your sylladex and shake it. This is the only way to tell what's inside a GIFTWRAPPED PRESENT, after all. You listen carefully to the noise.

Looks like that wasn't the one. That's one of the perils of using this particular MODUS, but you consider it an acceptable risk for such an INCREDIBLY FUN method of inventory management.

You try a few more cards, and then you hear the unmistakable *slidey-thump* of the heavy SCRAP SNIFFER in the blue card with the green ribbon. Ah-hah!

You deploy the SCRAP SNIFFER. Time for some vacuuming!

Your SCRAP SNIFFER totally sniffs the HELL out of that confetti. You rush around the room like some kind of vacuum-wielding maniac, and SNIFF up all of the SCRAPS of paper. You're pretty pleased with your handiwork.

It's only after the sniffer has been re-captchalogued that you realize that you never plugged it in.

Huh.

All of this excitement has gotten you a bit worked up, however. You'll take care of that pink-colored PAINT SPILL later. What do you do to relax?

You examine the portrait of TROLL PINKIE PIE from what has to be your FAVORITE television program, MY LITTLE HOOFBEAST: MOIRAILEGIANCE IS MAGIC. Pinkie Pie is the one character who knows as well as you do that partying is basically the BEST THING EVER. She never goes anywhere without her PARTY CANNON, and neither do you. Brohoof, Pinkie Pie. Brohoof.

Inspecting the portrait has caused your RELAXATION BASIN to fill slightly, simultaneously depleting your EXCITEMENT VESICLE by the same amount. Of course, this means absolutely nothing whatsoever, but it's fun to pretend, isn't it?

Now that you're a bit more relaxed, you decide it's time to either open presents, or talk with your friends. But which one?

Of course you do both. You can't very well troll your friends without your HUSKTOP, and you already knew that your husktop was stored in the RED PRESENT WITH THE YELLOW RIBBON, didn't you? You pick up the present, returning it to its CAPTCHALOGUE CARD form in the process, and toss it into the air. You give it a good spin, and...

OH MY GOD WHY CAN IT EVEN DO THAT UPSIDE-DOWN!

You didn't give it enough spin, and the husktop landed screen-down and broke. Your RELAXATION BASIN is almost completely empty now, and your EXCITEMENT VESICLE is full to brimming. To top it all off, your DEPRESSION GLOBULE has even accumulated a few viscous drops. The only way this day could get any worse is if a giant meteor were to start falling toward your hive from the sky for no apparent reason.

It's a good thing that things like that never happen except in stupid stories for stupid wigglers.
