Hey Malisteen
I made your picture better
On a more on-topic note, I don't think people appreciate Aviator's pony music enough. Though those of you who dislike lyrics will want to stay away.
Let's start with their villainous Discord song:
Though One Last Letter is probably their best work. That one you could probably find on your own with a Youtube search, but if for some reason you can't I can post it here I suppose.
Having trouble finding just a generally terrible example of Auto-tune, but I found success in a new way. Scootaloo's Wings by JackleApp has been covered several times with various degrees of computer involvement. In order of release:
Scootaloo's Wings
The Wing's You've Earned
Scootaloo's Banjo
Scootaloo's Wings (Rough cover)
Scootaloo's Wings (Piano cover)
Personally I prefer the JackleApp's original, but the rain is distracting. Tarby's version has way too much intro (2 minutes) for me but the use of Auto-tune blends nicely, there is more lyrics added, and generally feels grand with the pseudo-orchestra accompaniment. In comparison, JackleApp's banjo version sounds like a robotic-barber's quartet. The rough cover by kabelly is nice because it lacks the rain and is played faster then the others so the lyrics becomes more positive. The piano cover just feels off, the timing and inflection of the voice almost gives off emotion but the piece is over synthesized and the human connection is blocked.
I started going through poni1kenobi's songs and he seems to correct his voice in every song. It is kinda depressing when people are musicly competent like him but are afraid of their own voice.
sig quotes I guess? (one of them)
Startpost Part 1 achieved! I was gonna go into more detail, but I didn't want to leave this thread without an actual startpost for too long. Maybe I'll do an extended edition.

I was thinking of this Santana.
But...but are you talking about this Santana?
Because God knows I have made mention of the series he's from in these threads more times than could possibly be appropriate in any context...
Also, that was amazing and you are awesome, Frosted Warlock.
But what do you mean by 'more to come'...
Also, I should listen to some of those songs when I get home...
Jamjars is best pony.
That song signifies it.

A fighting game based on this show confuses me somewhat, although if I did play it I would probably end up mostly using...
Well, I don't know which character I'd use. I'd need some time to play them to figure out which one suited me best.
In terms of the show, however, I've always seen Twilight, Applejack and Dash as most suitable for hypothetical combat situations for some reason.
1) I know.
2) I was just absolutely shocked by the fact that someone else has actually read the friggin' Manga! I have been mentioning it to the point where everyone else likely got tired of it and this is one of like three times that I've found a fan on these forums in over a year.
Allow me to express my inappropriate amount of glee at this revelation with an appropriate and pony-themed reaction image.

Analysis.
Twilight is insanely powerful - see, for instance, Applebuck Season, Boast Busters, Lesson Zero...
Applejack is probably the physically strongest. She has been used as the group's go-to combat specialist (in Dragonshy).
Rainbow Dash is the most confrontational.
(As an aside, I can justify the others being good in a fight game - Fluttershy does some kind of negative aggro thing*, Pinkie is a weapon in herself, and Rarity knows exactly where the weak spots are.
*I should note that I am extremely unclear on the concept of "aggro". But I think it fits what I'm meaning.)

It must be true!!!
But yeah, that's pretty cool.
Also, the artist known as Madmax has a blog where you can request comics.
I wonder what happens if I leave something along the lines of 'Pinkie Pie tries to befriend Yoshikage Kira and/or Dio Brando' or something stupid like that...
Also, thanks for the combat analysis, Kd. I also wonder if you could classify Twilight as a 'living weapon'...
wait a minute
off-topic of ponies but
MobileMammal are you named after a Phineas and Ferb reference???
to make this post relevant to ponies...
YOU BET YOUR FUCKING ASS IT IS.
Also, I've seen about five seconds of that movie before, and I instantly put my headphones on and ignored it to doodle. (It was in a class) But that was pretty funny. Well, the whole thing wasn't that funny, but the delivery on "bitch" did make me giggle a bit, for some reason.

I have never seen that movie before and comedy is entirely subjective.
But yeah, that video made me grin a bit myself.
I can see how others can say brushables are therapeutic. I just bought one today at Walmart along with three blind bags (I got a shiny Rainbow Dash without even trying!) and it was incredibly helpful in keeping me cool while some douchebag was calling me a bigot.
as far a lyrical "music" for some reason the yaplap stuff makes me fall out of my chair laughing.
I am all over fighting is magic like a fat kid on a doughnut.
Rarity has the interesting mechanic of summoning gem projectiles. has a lvl 1 special
Twilight sparkle has the zoning mechanic. has lvl 1 and 3 specials
Applejack is the newbie friendly character. has a lvl 1 special
Pinkie is a charge character.
the other 2 of the mane six have not been shown yet for the most part.
At the moment pinkie is the most broken though. Although the dev team is deathly afraid of AI twilight xD
