Welcome to An Experiment in Mafia, a clusterfuck mafia game mafia game with a lot of power roles going at each other that will most probably not make you go "WTF we're all going to die!!!" at any point, but might serve as a moderately entertaining passtime. I have no idea how balanced my setting is, but hopefully it will be fun for everyone involved. Power roles are fun, right? Everyone likes power roles!
So everyone gets one of those, no exceptions
But not allignment-changing roles because everyone hates those.
There will also be flavor.

1. Don't massclaim, it's not fun, but you know this already.

2. Days are 120 hours long, nights are 48 hours long, and will be delayed for no longer than 24 hours in case of unsent night actions.

3. Votes carry more weight then regular words, and should be BOLDED. Colors, italics, underline, huge letters, etc. are allowed if you want to get stylish

6. No talking about the game outside of the thread or your QT

7. No editing or deleting posts, not even to make some super minor spelling or format corrections. It's better to just double-post with your fixes. Disobeying this rule with result in a swift and merciless modkill.

8. No sharing quicktopics, they may contain embarassing information about your personal life or something.

9. If you're not going to play the game. DO NOT JOIN IT. No one likes lurkers, that's right, no one.

10. There will be no jesters in this setting, they punish town for doing what they're supposed to.

11. No posting during the night, unless it's your BLUH post. Refusal to accept this will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

12. You are entitled to one BLUH post when you die. It may not contain any important information about the game.

13. There may or may not be multiple parties.

14. If you are modkilled and you are town, day ends. If you are modkilled and you are mafia, day continues. Being modkilled hurts your faction.

15. This is the most important rule, PLAY TO WIN. Your goal is not to survive at all costs (unless your role specifies so, of course), it is for your faction to win.

16. This is my 1st shot at doing this, I may suck, and I may screw up repeatedly, do not hesitate to point out these screwups.

Paranoia will be co-moding this so I'm less likely to die.
