    Yeah, Vyro, I just came ambling out of the metaphorical woodwork. You most definitely shouldn't feel obliged to use anything I've already created!

    As you are lead script/story person, how about I send you what I have thus far and you mull it over and make a decision?

    That would be nice actually. Even if I don't actually use the whole case idea itself, I can try to incorporate some elements.

    Make sure you tell me if I missed anyone that I shouldn't've, but:
    As for the art style, aren't AlterniaBound and RTTC similar anyway? Aiming for the RTTC style (whatever differences it has) is probably best, but unless it's outrightly noticed, I think those Aradia sprites look pretty good

    So you're wanting to be a writer/story person in general? Sweet. As far as that outline for your 'Case 3', we could either mash it with one of the other cases, or we could just use it for Case 4, unless anyone has objections (no pun intended). If so, then maybe we can stretch to 6 cases and include this as Case 5 and have the 'Ultimate Case' as Case 6. If there's NO POSSIBLE WAY TO USE IT, only THEN would we scrap it. But I would use anything we can, since the more, the merrier. And as far as old case/new case goes, I do say that going with new cases is a good way to go because a new staff we have (knowing full well it also includes old staff), BUT it doesn't mean we CAN'T have old cases.

    I've thrown together the alleyway because we need backgrounds so we can get going with this. If anybody wants to do a better one, feel free.

    MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS:

    We can at least use them as placeholders. I'm afraid environment art isn't my speciality.

    Keep it in the pad @Fel, backgrounds of a crime scene could give things away.
    Side note, All art has to be 256x192.
    For transparency use hex color FF00FF (Aka bright magenta)

    i actually would feel really awesome if they were up for any consideration.

    I based it off of the other Aradia sprite in consideration.
    Oh! I should, shoulnt I? Thank you for that! I'll do it as soon as I get some time. I don't think any of the sprites really have a chest in the games, but you can stop me if I'm wrong. Again I'm novice and clueless.

    Of course! I said that it can be up for changes as long as it doesn't loose general idea. Like, if it looks nothing like the original, then they'll be some problems. But I'm up for changes.

    Btw, if anyone has any friendly tips on spriting so I can play with them, that would be cool if you could PM them to me. C:

    If you're still looking for voice actors, there's a few people on Youtube who do decent voices for Terezi, etc. I don't know if they'll be able to help out with anything, but it's worth a shot if nobody steps up.

    Are we looking for voice actors? It shouldn't really be too hard, I mean if worst comes to the worst, I'm a member of the Homestuck CoLab (Let's Read Homestuck) team so I'm on daily chatting terms with a bunch of VAs. I voice Kanaya myself. I know a bunch more on the forums too. But if we just said we were looking for them, we could probably get a bunch of auditions easily. In the AA series the only voice clips are 'hold it!' 'objection!' and 'take that!' by Phoenix, some of the opponents, like Franziska only have 'objection!' We could go one up and have a 'hold it!' recorded for every character who shouts it; not just those who are lawyers, but even then we'd so far only need lines for Terezi, Vriska, Karkat and Kanaya on case 2. I'd be more than happy to supply a line for Kanaya if people were happy with my voice in the role.
    Right now, I'd say voices are fairly low priority.

    Yes. Voices aren't on the top of the list, BUT it wouldn't hurt to get some voices. If we absolutely need voices, but can't get any, it would be nice if you could supply, Artisan, but otherwise we can just stick to the female voices used in the Ace Attorney series (I'm sure there's at the absolute least a female "Objective!")

    Okay, let me explain what happened to me. Basically, I ran into a metric fuckton of work at school, and had to drop out for a while. The work ran on longer than expected, and I ended up being away from the project for quite a while. Then I felt guilty about "abandoning" the project, so I pretty much ditched it entirely (which was, in retrospect, pretty much the exact opposite of what I should have done). After a lot of procrastination, I finally decided to do the mature thing and admit to my mistake.

    So I'm Back.

    I've caught up on the threads, and I have to say, I really like what I've seen so far. Just tell me what I can be doing, and I will get up on it. Again, I fucked up, and I'm really ashamed of how I acted, but I'm back and ready to get to work on it again!

    I've been following this since pretty much the start, and so if anyone wants/needs someone to go through all the threads and grab all the resources that have been produced, I'm willing and able to consolidate them.

    EDIT: Ahem, uh, yeah, dunno if this has been done before but might as well put it in the new thread?

    We pretty much have no music people. Which is a shame, because we're gonna need a lot of stuff, like an Investigation Theme, an Aradia Theme, A Kanaya Theme, not to mention a ton more once we get to Case 3.

    Alright, updated WellManicuredMan's music list with the music that we already have noted. I know a guy who's pretty good with music, I'll see if he can help with things.

    We will need to get someone on that, won't we? If we can't use what we have, then that guy you (Roundy) mentioned will be helpful

    As far as debugging goes, I conveniently didn't think of that. If you're up for it (and if Case 2 is not needing you), you could go round up the coding crew and get that worked on (make sure you mention I'm the one that requested this)
