Dosen't seem that dangerous enough to reach keter yet, as:
1. he still could be out-ran'd
2. he's just one cop, and can't kill that fast, unlike some other euclid SCPs.
3. the GOC probably took care of it long ago without hardship.

The only problem I have with that is the (DATA EXPUNGED). It's a letter. Why.

Sure thing! Using the example of old war documents, a nice paper texture and the SCP logo I knocked out a couple of templates:

Then I used the Albertsthal Typewriter font for that authentic SCP typewritten document look and Verily Serif Mono for the governmental type. Post-that, I just grabed a calligraphic brush from one of my old GIMP brush sets and drew all over it to make it look AUTHENTICALLY REDACTED.

Simple!

It confuses the hell out of the people I'm writing to (which reminds me: the drawback of that font is that its square brackets look like normal brackets)

Ah, okay. Well good job. I remember reading 973 a while back and its definitely one of the ones that stick in my mind. And I've read a lot of scps. I actually think of it sometimes while driving home from work.

I went through a couple of iterations for this one, but I think I've finally found a good fixed-width font to make it look properly governmental. GIMP is still a bit finicky about inserting images, though. From now on I'll spoil these

I'm reminded of the long-abandoned effort to put all the articles on the site into pdf format. Now that 1-1000 are filled up, maybe it could be done again...

2) Also, props to Ash for those excellent documents. They look like legit government documents and it leads one to believe that you've stolen some files from the foundation and scanned them onto the internet.

3) You know, I did once create a being that...well, maybe I should just write that short story down, post it here and ask if it could be a good SCP at a later juncture. Nevermind, continue with your business as usual...

But no matter; the fact is that you basically created the State Trooper from Hell and I imagine that I would literally have the shit scared out of me if that thing locked me in it's crosshairs.

And the only way to avoid it for sure is to drive very, very slowly, so that doesn't help.

I'm blushing! And I've finished my template triptych with the document covers. Have also updated the letter up there to looking properly aged and highlighted.

D-Class subject ordered to drive through zone, carrying five boxes of donuts within the car.

Result: Subject was killed. Internal organs were arranged to spell out "I HATE SPRINKLES".

Bonus points if it can convey a sense of WTF while keeping within the dry, clinical style of the reports.
