i've been thinking of getting a hope or space hoodie (they go with more of the clothes i have) but moneyyy

I'm a wee bit miffed about mine, actually. I ordered a size too large, i think, though it does fit ok, and my dad had to pay a whopping £12.50 just to receive it. I would have, but I wasn't in at the time. This is on top of the $38 for the hoodie and the $15 for the shipping, for a total of £34 before uk shipping and customs, and £46.50 in total.

I just think that's a bit much is all.

Ah yes, the dangers of operating a business local to USA only. Every time I ship out a PC or some other item to someone out of the country, they always get slapped with customs fees. I am not sure What Pumpkin is in a position to waive or otherwise deal with those costs, unless they had some sort of warehouse in other countries. Should be something of a disclaimer, though. I know a lot of you people save up your pennies for just the right amount, not expecting another 20%+ in hidden costs.

Aww, my mom was gonna get me the Doom shirt for my birthday, but it wouldn't let her order with a US credit card and ship it to Canada (where I currently live). Sad times! I really like that shirt.

If you're in the US, it shouldn't take more than a couple weeks in my experience unless they're still swamped from the Kickstarter stuff or whatever project they're into now.
I know Australia and Europe tend to take a while, though.

I live in the US, yes. I've sent them multiple emails throughout this waiting period with no response. UPS said it wasn't a stall on their end, either. Maybe What Pumpkin just hates me? :P

Not at all. I'm assuming you are using the helpdesk, Blacklite? The helpdesk is usually backlogged to hell and back (partially because people often send 3-5 queries within 1-2 days). The WP Twitter can sometimes help, too, though usually with KS packages easier than others. However, if you email me with your order number I can investigate. A lot of our staff will be in Arizona this weekend for Phoenix Comicon, but we should still be able to do something about this. Thanks.
