Physical description: "Not what I used to be, but this old man still has some looks, huh kid? I could care more for appearance, but on the road there's not always time to shave, you know. The ladies don't seem to mind the beard, though, as long as I keep it short. My hair is starting to get gray on the sides too. I know I'm not even forty yet, but you had to see my father. At my age, his hair was already white as a sheet. See this axe? Used to be his, and his father before him. My grandfather fought in wars. He was a soldier until he decided that it was no life for him and decided to become a tradesman. My father followed in his footsteps and... Well, you see where it got me. The axe is still as sharp as on the day it was forged, I guess it's magical or something. I use it mostly to cut timber, but I have had to defend myself before."
Brief history: "If I'm going to the hero's festival? You bet, kid. It's going to be crowded there, perfect for merchants like me. I deal mainly in books, and I'm bound to find some rare tomes there. Sell my wares too, make some money. Good times. I also heard from a reliable source that some famous heroes will be attending. It always has been a dream of mine to meet a hero in person. I used to read a lot about them when I was younger. One day I would like to chat with Skittella Pierce herself, or maybe even Jack Idaeus. What they would want to talk with this humble tradesman is anyone's guess, though. As I said, I've been on the road ever since I turned sixteen. Sold my books in all corners of the world. Made some good friends too, of course. But I'm originally from the north coast of the central continent... Kid? It's rude to sleep while people are talking. It's okay, I have a tendency to ramble. Well, doesn't matter anymore. We're almost in Kathmandu."
