Sorry to all the suggestions I am not using this time. Last night as I was trying to sleep I had a bit of a revelation about how I could focus this adventure plot wise.

You decide to go and get a drink, After your long walk in the desert you assume that you are very thirsty.
As you walk past him, the MYSTERIOUS STRANGER says "Hey, you're one of them Sentin- Hey, wait, come back!"

You ignore him.



You push open the the swinging doors and see that the only man in the bar is the bartender himself. All the same, you say in your sweetest voice "CARE TO BUY ME A DRINK, HANDSOME?"
He just nods, what a kind man.



You pick up the glass with your perfectly normal third manipulator arm, and as you raise it to your mouth the bartender quietly says "Hey, I don't think you should do that, what with being a robot and all..."

That means its fully charged. The battery on these things usually lasts about 3 days, but your nightstand also serves as a wireless charging station, so you don't usually have to worry about them dying on you.

What I said a few updates ago about not updating much over the weekend was apparently a straight up lie. Let the suggestions flow free once again.

Nope, you are fairly certain that you are a female human. In fact, your pretty sure that you would have never been allowed into the service if you was that mentally unbalanced to believe that you were a robot.

So I mentioned before that I have never been a writer, but I am wondering if instead of referring to the character as "YOU", I should use "I".
I can actually justify it story wise, and it would allow a sort of direct interaction with the character, but I wanted to ask your opinions. Do let me know what you guys would prefer.

The asteroid 72b/35 is due to pass close to Earth on February 25th. Experts say there is no reason for alarm. However there is a great chance that the near miss will result in spectacular meteor showers over the course of that week---

Ah, yeah, I remember reading an article about this a couple weeks ago, nothing in this article that I have not already read. What they don't mention is that many think its on a collision course and that all the media coverage is just a ruse to keep people from panicking. People love a good doomsday theory.
Looks like there are 6 more articles selected for me by my filter. I'll just download them and read them on the way to the mess hall.

Hah, 2050? They keep moving the date for their supposed permanent moon base back like this and we will be lucky to have one by the time the Sun goes out.
Though that secret project sounds interesting. Unfortunately the article has no real information on what it actually is.
Other than that, the only other article of note is the nanotech one. Something about repairing damage to living cells in controlled conditions. Man, people are gonna have a field day with all the doomsday scenarios that could produce.

Looks like Vasquez and Slater are already in the mess hall. It is surprisingly empty in here most of the time. Of course, we are staying in one of the new buildings, so I don't think there are more than ten people living here at the moment.
