Yeah, but as someone said earlier maybe more than one session resulted in the creation of the human universe. Maybe the frog for the current session isn't the same one as the pre-scratch one. After all, we saw it die and become part of the Green Sun. So a new one would be created for the scratched session and would rest in a different session.
Explanation 1- Universe B2 existed simultaneously with Universe B1, was destroyed with it, and will in its future fall to the Red Light Years.
Explanation 2- Scratches normally "reset" the frog anyway, and we simply haven't seen the Genesis Frog reconstitute himself.
that doesn't make any sense
the scratch/prescratch universes operate in the same frog as two sides of one coin, which is why jake is able to sendificate to and communicate with jade
the frog dying is inconsequential. all events that will take place and have taken place before the frog's death are written in stone. The frog's death wouldn't affect shit until the universe was slated to die anyway.
Due to weird complications, the server chain will ultimately end up being this:
John <- Rose <- Dave <- Jade <- Jane <- Dirk <- Jake <- Roxy <- John.
The only actual couple that will form out of these client/server pairs is Roxy/John, and that's what Otto is unintentionally foreshadowing. Everyone else pairs up with someone in the chain they aren't directly connected to, or a troll.
I don't think the prescratch kids are going to need a server player considering they're most likely going directly into the session rather than the universe
That session was never truly bifurcated though. It was one session the whole time.
Also if jade's house is anything to go by their buildings are done anyway
GG: Flaws?? Talk about understatement. Those movies are unwatchable.
GG: Unless your name is Jake English.
TT: Yes, spectacularly so. But they will have profound historical significance. Mark my words.TT: But the world has changed a lot.
TT: Ever peek in a history book between your wizardly indulgences? This is a nuanced topic.TG: maybay im just like this nutty ass bitsh twirling yarn from a shitwizards nappy brown beard but i cant bring myself to trust a cake sellin genocidal alien overlard sea queenTG: its probly gonna advance all the schemes of "her condescension"TT: Pretty sure he didn't even notice. In years since, I never saw a news story about a "daring heist" or anything. I feel like he would have made some hay outta that.TT: She is inundated with media coverage of those whom we've claimed as our parental figures.
TT: That they are not presently alive nor ever played that role for us as she understands it is just an extension of a much more elaborate and far reaching explanation, which is much harder for anyone to digest in its entirety.
TT: Well, anyone who isn't Jake, I mean.... Yes, what does he know?Seems to you like excessive energy consumption for just a simple time machine, but what do you know?
Okay, somebody said they thought maybe r!Rose and r!Dave landed earlier than we expected, and Roxy and Dirk viewed them more the way trolls view their ancestors. But that doesn't account for Jane not knowing they're dead, since the reason she doesn't believe is supposedly in part because of media coverage. You know what would explain it?
THEORY: Roxy and Dirk live on Earth years in the future (but not many?), in a now troll-dominated society openly ruled by the Batterwitch. Recall that the game session exists outside of Earth's timeline anyway, and that the "sendificator" we'd seen previously had temporal coordinates as well as spatial.
(Shippers, you're welcome.)

IDE/Theory Thread 23: Schroedinger's Frigglish.
Just gonna add a bit of evidence to your pile, Vanymstorm, since while I'm not sure what I think of this theory this line helps:
We thought UU meant "I've talked to Roxy on this day by your calendar, but on some previous day in my past." She just as easily might have meant "I talked to Roxy on the day she enters the session, which is circumstantially simultaneous to your own entrance date but not the same day by either of your frames of reference."GG: I'm really hoping Lalonde won't flake out on me this time. Have you heard from her?
UU: not the today that is local to yoU.
This would explain the closed-offness of Roxy and Dirk's rooms--Roxy only has windows in the form of fenestrated walls, and Dirk's window seems suspiciously like it's jutting out from his wall. Blue skies just seem out of place in Homestuck.
ANDREW why are Dave's shoes colored differently on pg. 6231 and pg. 6247?
That window is exactly as suspicious as Dave's.
But you could be right.

It seems I'm collecting quotes, WHOOPS.
