You know, I've learned something important this past week. If I build up the importance of something in my mind, to the point where it feels like it's something I have to do, I can re-appropriate my powers of procrastination, and put it off in favor of things that I actually have to do.

That being said, I still have three essays, one research thing, an oral presentation, and infinite finals to do these next couple of weeks, in addition to Fieldstuck updates and the Fieldstuck animation I am working on (for which I have set a due date). Also, I really should mirror the adventure for ease of access.

OK, so for real, this is a pretty puny update, and it's been a long time coming, and there was going to be more, but it's short and late for the same reason--I got really busy, and after I finished my work, I got distracted by all the glory of the internet. For days.

My Stupid Fucking Computer (hereafter referred to as SFC) has been giving me all sorts of shit. It seems OK now, but you never really know. Also, I'm not out of the woods for finals and such.

On the plus side, I have scheduled a due date for the large-ish [S] update: if all goes well, it should be ready by 5/26. Bonus points for whoever can guess the importance of that date.

Just as I resolve to buy a new computer, my current one decides to be just a little more compliant. But only barely. In case you couldn't tell from the week long drought, my author abilities have been severely crippled by a lack of computational excellence. The deadline I set for the animation is not going to be made, not by a long-shot. Not only is the project nowhere near completion, the flashback could use another update or two. I would have preferred to make it longer, but the cool thing about flashbacks is that they're always available to be cut to if necessary. On the 26^th, I'll give you guys a short preview of the animation, although I would have really liked to have the whole thing finished by then.

By the way, I'm glad you asked. No, the LIGHT SWITCH isn't upside down. Yes, I know how light switches in Australia work. To say anything more would be spoilers.
