Doctor Who as an anime could sorta work if done by a smart enough team with good enough animation. Sherlock would need to be the same but also have Benedict Cumberbatch as the dubbed voice of Sherlock. He's become Sherlock to me now...

I think Glee would work much better as an over-the-top anime than the live-action mediocrity-fest it is right now. Though I imagine it would also turn into some kind of magical girl show with Kurt as the lead...
