It's like you think all anime is porn or something like that.

Which isn't an unfair assumption in this case; Satoshi Kon's stuff does have brief nudity in them at times. But it's more along the lines of 'topless scene' than 'horrifying tentacle porn'.

Which is to say not overtly sexualized at all.

If you can't take the brief bit of topless stuff in the first episode of Paranoia Agent, you will not want to watch the entire movie Paprika. It earns its R rating. That Paprika clip Triangle Man posted is the opening credits sequence, which is pretty rad on top of being trippy, bizarre, and perfectly safe to watch. May not be your cup of tea, but it won't ring the PG+ alarms.

Well, Legend of Korra the anime would probably be the same thing, but with shittier dubs and writing, because both Avatar series have out-anime'd anime.
There aren't many other shows I watch, but what I've been hearing a lot about recently is America's got Talent, so... hm. That could actually be an interesting anime if they make it a story of various talent acts with a slight tinge of the supernatural.

Current fav. is Supernatural. So it's a moot point. Others mentioned Doctor Who and MLP. Gah! Buffy. We'll go with Buffy.

Probably more fanservice and Xander doing more obvious pervy things. And Willow would probably be Moe until she met Tara. Then Tara would fill that role. SOMEONE (Probably Buffy or Anya) would be a Tsundere. On the plus side: the monsters would probably be significantly less silly-looking.
