Paranatural is best described as “X-Men meets Ghostbusters except everyone’s twelve.” It’s a comedy/action comic about a group of middle school kids with ghostly superpowers fighting evil spirits and investigating paranormal activity in their hometown. It has no set update schedule, but a new page is put up at least once a week. Paranatural began in the summer of 2010.

I would like to point out that this is the best thing. Good mod, best recommendation.

Holy cow seconded like crazy, this is the best new comic I've read in a while. The characters are really expressive and funny; the art is fantastic, especially the action scenes; the writing's hilarious (see: anything deranged journalism enthusiast ever says)... basically insta-bookmarked, hopefully the update schedule picks up from... I guess OotS-pace, according to the about page.

You've heard it for yourself! Not much more to do besides obsessively refreshing for new updates, or discussing this masterpiece.

Saw it when it was posted in the general thread, started reading, never got back to post because I was too busy reading the comic! The first few pages aren't that great, but by the time we got to school, I was hooked.

I started reading Paranatural after CalamityCons tumblr'd about it, and I really like it. I can't wait to see where it goes. The attention to even the tiniest details is very prevalent.
