It's actually a misheard lyric from the song "Jesus Christ Pose" by Soundgarden. "Arms held out" became "arms are loud" in my ears.

It's kind of a dumb name, I go by Arachnofiend on places where my registration is more recent.

Arachnofiend is a pretty awesome name, but I can't really see you has having any other username honsestly.

Heck, even if you changed it I would probably still think of you as Arms because that's what I'm used to.

It's like how P_equals_NP is still Dgallows and Moldova in Eurovision 2011 is Varkarrus. At least in my mind anyway.
