That's a very thought-provoking piece of art. Also, my character apparently shanked someone or something with a knife at some point. This is a troubling but nonetheless badass development.

So hey, I can't be bothered to read the whole thread, but after reading the OP/first and second pages, I'm very interested. I already signed up (doesn't seem likely that I'll get in if it's only for 64 people) but I noticed something missing in the signup sheet that I feel should really be remedied. If there are going to be several discrete groups acting essentially independently for a while, wouldn't it be easier for each group to be comprised of people in similar time zones, so they can coordinate sessions more easily? And if that's the plan, shouldn't that information be a field on the spreadsheet?
I'm not sure if it's been mentioned before in here, but here it is.
I keep a shipping chart for S1. Nonmeta. I will be spending a time updating it as I reread our current logs.
EDEET:
I believe that this is information that will only be important to the people that make the cut, and will be collected at the time of setup for S2. Like always, though, I defer to Lege in this matter.
Soon it will be filled with
At least my rows.
Sigquotes, my Soundcloud, and folders for Kanaya, the Derse Siblings, and General-JWJ's SBaHJ-style comics below!
This is what's up with the colorful candycorns. Don't see one suited for you? ADD IT.
As this session's bard. I'll likely need someor else well... you get the idea.
I guess we just feel them out? Like, I think I've be a pretty good Seer of Flux whit my eccentricities and OCDCD and surprising capacity for committing acts of preposterous violence with sticks.
I don't think anyone is the non-canon of non-canon, and Hussie is basically handing us canon definitions of classes and aspects right now. What else do we have? A Monk of Breath? Well Breath is growth and healing, and Monk, we can assume, is like the usual monk class, so it's all about discipline and whatnot.
Sylph of Hope is easy; Sylph is the healer, so the Sylph of Hope heals people with Hope or something like that.
I had decided quite a while ago that whatever class I am it's going to be X of Rage, or if not Rage, then Will or Might, or something that evokes willpower.
Because classes are supposed to challenge, and my willpower and focus are puny, and not only that, but my anger is weird. I have a ridiculously long fuse, able to handle pile after pile of bullshit, then losing all control when I finally break.
So a class that would require me to not only be able to feel anger easier, but also control and direct it to avoid being blinded by it would be a huge challenge and perfect for me. But as I said, X of Will or Might could also work, but would be less appropiate. I know we aren't supposed to put much hope into getting the class we want, but I can't help it.
I originally wanted to be the Sylph of Rage, but after learning what sylph does, I'd rather NOT end up being a class whose purpose is likely to enrage allies.
But the question is not whether Rage would challenge you, but if it's what you need. If you need to master your rage to be who you need to be, then rage is your aspect, but if it's just something out of the way that's difficult for you, it's not. John could have been the Seer of Rage; Rose could have been the Sylph of Heart. These roles would have challenged them to no end, but instead John is Heir of Breath and Rose is Seer of Light.
Semi on topic here(?) What do you think a Knight of Light would do and what powers would he have?
well knights are a defensive class known for protecting their team and light has been translated as being either luck or scrying (maybe, Rose is a special case) so a knight of light would probably protect his team's luck or protect his team through luck.
He would take responsibility for the fate of the group onto himself. He would be very loyal and brave, but would probably doubt himself a lot. I think a Knight of Light would have many of the traits normally associated with Knights, but more so. His role in gameplay would be very interesting, though. His job would be to protect his team from misfortune and ill destiny, possibly being able to fix a null session without scratching, but that's just speculation.
i want to mention that aradia said that "[the knight] is a powerful warrior class which exploits [their aspect] as a weapon"
she says nothing about obligatory defense of teammates
Hey, for a minor Flux recolor, can Flux's physical association be with electricity and lightning and its metaphorical association be with adaptability? Because right now it only has an abstract association with chance, and the way I see it, all aspects have physical, metaphorical, and abstract associations, and occasionally a few others (like Time's association with music).
