Also, what do Volro's ships look like, and what kind of technology exists?
Some more notes on my character:
He's pretty much the only Rasling in the military branch he's in, and has a middle-high rank.

CHAPTER ONE: THE CALM BEFORE
CHESTER
You stand in your quarters, amidst the various objects that you own. To your left, you can see your hoverbed, which provides very comfortable sleep. In the southwest corner of the room, you see your benchpress, which you use to exercise. On a table stands your computer, which you use to browse files and communicate with people. Near the door(which is locked) you see a lush potted plant.
You are a colonel of the Allied Torus' army, and have command over a squad of 24 men. Right now you are on the Rakka Space station, thinking of how to enjoy your hours off.
ALMA
You turn the page of your book, which you so much enjoy. It is about a lone Palathin who traveled far, and met the great being who provides your people guidance. Oh, you wish so much that you could go on an adventure like him, and meet the great being. But no, you have a duty to help those who seek guidance.
You are standing in the second floor of your tower, where you and your young pupil Molo are reading books. There is an orange rug in the middle of the room, and a small table on top of which is a Matot plant, laden with fruit, and a jug of water. Downstairs, you hear a whistle, signaling that your tea is ready.
SNECKI
You stand perfectly still, listening to the pitter-patter of a nearby young Ghul on his way home from school.
Peering around the corner, you see he is holding a bright red balloon. Oh, how you want that balloon. You WANT it. In fact, you think you just might get that little brat to give it to you.
You recall that you are in a very large Ghul city, and you are exploring it while the crew of the spaceship you work on refuels. You were warned to stay out of trouble, but you know that what happens here, stays here.
NOELOPAN PARTE
You are standing in your apartment, preparing to go to your favorite pub, the Laser Lord. Before you is a table, to which to balloons are tied, and three balloons lay deflated. Your sweet shades are also on the table. In the corner of the room you can also see your hoverbed, and opposite it is the door, next to which is a coathanger that bears your jacket. Your Vis Parental Unit hovers behind you.
?
You stand in the field near Koloom forest. A strong wind blows your scarf behind you. You are glad you are wearing your heavy robe, otherwise you would be freezing. You can see the forest ahead, above which is the quickly-darkening sky. You can see Varvar very well today.
But you must hurry now, you have important information concerning the Ferel that must be delivered to one 'Alma', as soon as possible. You fear that you cannot make it before nighttime, when the beasts come out.
GRAH
You are seated in a limousine with one other shady character, whose name you don't know. Next to you hover your two Vis. You are on your way to a very important meeting between the government of Varsh and the governments of the Allied Torus, concerning the possibility of the next great war. You are not quite sure yet which side you are for, because you fear another war like the last one, which greatly damaged the Valla Space Station, but something inside you is telling you to side with Varsh, and to try and trigger the war. You fear it is the Ghul inside you speaking; the one person you fear the most.
The driver informs you that you are almost there.
AR-GON
You are inside of some bar in one of the bigger cities on Volro, enjoying a drink after your last smuggling mission. You are a little tense because you were almost caught in Fenfen, and news of your actions may have made their way here. You almost never get caught, so you don't really know how to react in this situation. You decide to just lie low for a while, and to shy away from missions that could get you in trouble.
The loud music is starting to annoy you though, and you think about paying for your drink and leaving soon. The Homin nearby has already passed out, even after one drink. He's starting to smell.
MAALIKHAN
You are in a bar somewhere on Volro, talking to your friend Max Weatherson. He runs a limousine company, and you often meet here to talk about work.
You are an ambassador for the Allied Torus, and often travel to the Primal Torus to keep the peace, although the Palathin generally handle that by themselves pretty well. Recently, though, there have been some stirrings among the Ferel, so you are excited to investigate that and witness conflict between races.
HENRY MERCER
You sit at your desk, breathing in the smoke from the incense stick that is lying in an ashtray. Your Black Janiel's vodka is standing on your desk as will, casting an orange shadow on it.
From the other end of the room, you hear the door creak as someone enters your office. You can see the man's outline; he appears to be wearing a top hat of some sort.
HILTON STOOCH
You are awoken by very bright beams of light. Blinking rapidly, you see that someone is pushing up the metal door that closes the back of the truck. You notice that you have stopped moving; you must have arrived at your destination.
The trick now, is to leave the truck without getting caught; you didn't exactly buy a ticket.
>Henry: Silently nod at the stranger and take another swig of your vodka. Can't be looking like anything but a badass in front of a potential client.
>Snecki: The guttersnipe is expendable, but we must not allow the prize to be lost. If we pounce now, he'll let go of the string in surprise. No, we will stalk our prey, wait until he is alone, then speak to him. Admire the balloon, then ask if he values it more than, say, his lungs. If the opportunity presents itself, snatch that sucker.
Maalikhan: Scope out other patrons, searching for persons of interest. There must be someone here who's life would be improved by your meddling.
HILTON: Hide behind the door o that it shields you from whoever's opening it.
PARTE: You cant remember much after that party last night, Check room for clues to who you are, what your doing here, and why your not partying.
Alma:
Signal to molo to sit back down and then decend down the stairs to get the tea.
She feels bad making others do things that she can easily do herself.
On a hunch she gets out a third cup for the tea
The Goodstuff is always behind the spoiler...
Its always changeing really!
Ar-Gon: Carry the drunk to the toilet and take his wallet there, but make sure to check for cameras before taking it we don't need trouble for a mere pickpocket theft. If no cams are there take wallet as planned then break something and bring the Homin to the entrance and tell the doorman you found this drunktard on the toilet next to (broken object) then pay your drink. If a cam is there leave the Homin on the toilet and go pay your drink.
I ask the shady character who he is and try to get some background on him. While doing so I try to prevent showing any particular bias either way.
Wednesday? (it's Wednesday over here update XD)
nah kdding it's okay

CHESTER
You consult your computer. You open a folder titled "Contacts", and see the following list:
NOELOPAN PARTE(Vis# afs_1128)
MOSRO TOCHER(Vis# dgf_2204)
TEAM ALL-CALL(Phone# 463_2235)
Noelopan Parte is a good friend with whom you often enjoy a drink or two(or three, or four, or five.)
Mosro Tocher is your cousin, he is a guard stationed at the Rotto Space Station, near the mineral cluster. You call him every now and then to chat.
Team All-Call is the number you use to contact your entire team, in case of an emergency or if you need to gather your team.
ALMA
Molo quickly rises to his feet to get the tea, but you tell him to sat back down; you can get it yourself. You set up two cups, but a sudden feeling of lightheadedness overcomes you. A sign from the greater being has been sent, and it warned you of a visitor. You take a third cup, and put them all down on the table. You shift the rocks some, and keep the flame going. If a visitor is coming, it is best to keep the tea hot.
SNECKI
You follow the boy for the better part of half an hour, until he reaches what seems to be his house. Blast! Your attempts have been in vain; there are many other Ghul here, they might see you if you confront the wretched child.
NOELOPAN PARTE
You decide to ask Parental Unit where you are and who you are.
"I really wish you didn't go to that lousy pub so often, just look at what its doing to you!" Unit scolds you.
?
You pause to catch your breath, and admire the forest. It looks calm and serene, and sways gently in the wind, creating ripples in the leaves.
You notice a pair of bloodshot eyes leering at you. It appears your presence has been noticed.
GRAH
You ask the shady Ghul what his business is, in a monotone voice as not to reveal any bias.
"Listen, kid. I work for some people who want this meeting to go the way they like. If I were you, I'd keep your mouth shut. Let the grownups do the talking." The Ghul tells you in a raspy voice. You cannot see his eyes behind his shades, but you can see the many wrinkles of age in his skin. He seems kind, in a way, but also very serious. You would hate to see this man angry.
AR-GON
You pick up the unconscious drunk and carry him into the bathroom. So far, so good; you don't appear to have attracted any attention. Two Homins stand near the bathroom entrance, though, and you fear that they will notice you as you try to slip in.
MAALIKHAN
You spy around the room for some hapless individual, but notice that a Ferel who was sitting at the bar near you has picked up a drunken chap and is carrying him away, but you cannot tell to where. Most peculiar! You wonder what people do to others who are disabled in some way. Perhaps you should investigate.
HENRY
You pour yourself a drink and quickly gulp it down, looking as cool as you possibly can.
Damn, that is some strong vodka. You begin to feel inebriated. Perhaps if you drank some more, the feeling would go away?
HILTON
The truck door opens, and a Ghul peers inside. You quickly duck behind a crate to avoid notice.
You wonder where you are, but more importantly, how you are going to get out of this bind.
Ask the bartender to prepare you something EXTRA strong while giving him a knowing wink, and tell Max to watch it for you. Then, slink into the bathroom and close the door gingerly behind yourself.
AR-GON: gotta Act fast now. go to the bathroom ignoring the other homins and put the drunk into one of the cabines.
check if no one else is here. if alone get the drunks wallet. if someone else is here just leave the drunk unrobbed and leave sayin he had to much.
Keep the door under sight thought don't want to get suprised do we?
(Ar-Gons voice is deep and rough, his dialect of common language (the one everyone speaks; honestly what do we call that anyway?) got a slight snarling sound to it)
I ask the Guhl why:
A) I am coming along then?
B) Why are we carpooling?
C) Is this my Limo or yours?
I also ask my VISi (VISes?, VISs?) for their thoughts on the matter.
That sounds fancy!!
May I ask is my weird intuition like a spot check or somethng?
or is it like a clerical ability?
Alma breaks out some cookies and cakes to go with the tea and takes it back upstairs .
Molo looks at the third cup curiously as his teacher sets down the tray but doesn't ask reasoning that she has a good reason.
Alma pours Molo some tea and then goes to look out the window
