There currently seems to be two characters that could fit the current situation:''lime''!sollux and blue!kanaya. However, both cases doesn't seem to be very well investigated, so I would need some caracteristics from both AA and LB.
Both of them and everyone else in paradox space can also suggest other characters, of course, so that I can choose from a wider variety of the fans' awesome choices.

ARRRGH, I'm not too late! YUUUUS. I know this isn't the time, but I really want to suggest my green blood Vriska, because god knows I won't do anything right with her.

Um, so she's basically an enthusiastic blowhard, who adores fire and explosions but hates violence. She's all bark and no bite, super eager to please, but tries to play it cool. She spends most of her time obsessively building crude bombs and exploding passages in the mountain she lives in, or making huge flashy fireworks displays. And lighting heart shaped pyres on the beach in the hopes of wooing whoever the hell the other seadweller is. Either that or she's flushed for the mutant blood, and the pyres are in front of his/her hive.
Oooor, brown blooded Vriska, who has the same rare pupation as the Summoner! So, wings. She's a mechanic, for the most part, though she tends to slack off and hardly ever finishes a project. She thinks she's the shit because she has wings and is super great at making weapons and shit, and she is a bit obsessed with fighting and winning. She's always underfoot, but doesn't mean any harm and is really sensitive to criticism. Also, inherited a pair of utterly useless rocket boots from her ancestor, who was obsessed with flying.
Also, Blue Blood Terezi who is a politician/martial artist. That makes sense in my head, I swear. Basically, watch a debate, then imagine them speaking calmly while they do absurd wrestling moves. ALTERNIAN POLITICS, ALA PYGMY. Basically exactly like cannon, but a bit calmer and a little coldly ambitious.

Before I exposit on Cerulean Kanaya, I'd like to theorize on the mutantblood.
It cannot be any of the characters we've already introduced, cutting off almost half the trolls, and, by examining other Bloodswaps for the sheer sake of perfectionism, I can almost 100% positively say the remaining candidates to be Equius, Tavros, and Terezi(I saw my first bloodswap on this forum with greySollux and there is this one cute banner I see sometimes of someone with redFef), and as such I would like to, though not as a suggestion since you said you already planned the mutantblood and I wouldn't want you to trash that one too, that we will have a mutantTerezi who is uber-crazy-in-love with her blood color, though she still hides it for obvious safety reasons cause she's not a moron, but she loves boasting her blood color, causing trolls who don't know her to either assume she is highblooded or a lowblood pretending to be so, and trolls who know her to think she may be lower blooded for the fact that she loves bright colors.

And now Cerulean Kanaya:
You are motherly and kind, albeit bitchy and bossy, all traits you inherited from your Lusus, who is horribly overbearing and very loving. You are usually the one people turn to as a voice of reason or to settle a (platonic) dispute, but you have a bit of a temper and will lash out if provoked too heartily. You're not very romantically ambitious but that hasn't stopped the old Maryam Charm from working it's magic regardless(juxtaposition for Gamzee who is very romantically ambitious but has no luck in the romance department[sans Dreamself]). You're a tad over-confident but not to the point of foolhardy-ness, and more 'I Can Take What You Throw At Me'-ish. You're very down-to-Alternia and well-put together. You use a graceful Saber as a weapon, as it requires skill and dexterity to use, all the while extremely deadly, as is fitting for a member of your class.

Edit: Uuuuh, fuck. You know what, screw it. The one bloodswap I saw mutantSollux didn't get past page 2 of not more than 4 updates before it got buried in other stuff. You do what you want, I guess it's just a suggestion after all.

Okay. "Lime" Sollux. When he was still very young he did experiments to find out how he had red blood, and found out that he was an offshoot limeblood. He was also smart enough to realize that parading around his mutant blood was probably not the best idea cause can you imagine Sollux NOT being at least that smart? so ever since then he has posed as a limeblood. Of course he is still keenly aware of the possible consequences should he be discovered which makes him a bit paranoid and secretive. With his few close friends, though, he is sympathetic and careful of their feelings.

Also I guess that makes him a biologist of some sort? SURE WHY NOT. The sort that makes crazy creatures in secret labs preferably just because that is the best kind :3

But then I remembered that that isn't at all what it's like and now I am realizing that this has nothing to do with anything so I'll just get on with it.

Yeah, I think it's possible. Like, if you put Terezi and Vriska and Eridan in an ashen relationship, I feel like the conciliatory party would flip between Terezi and Eridan.

PLo NOT worry. Actually, this is all for the better. Its just that this is litterally the biggest suggestion I have ever seen. And I say yes to your suggestions.

DD360: You can theorize as much as you want on the mutant, I don't really care. I did have a character in my mind that could be the mutant, but the caracteristics would also fit for another blood color anyway. As of now, you are right: Equius, Tavros and Terezi are pretty much the only ones that could be the mutant blood. However, I the lime!sollux seems to be an original idea, even though CasteLocked had this character. I should mention that Terezi is already in a rather popular bloodswap called Sgruburban roundup and that I have seen a couple of bloodswaps with Mutant!equius. However, the former has a LOT of stereotypes regarding blood color and the latter's bloodswaps didn't get far anyway.
That leaves us with Equius, Tavros, Terezi and Lime!sollux.

Also I fucking love your Cerulean!Kanaya.
