Geromy and Jack Noir are not bad guesses- but I was thinking of Karkat (SLJ because of his comedic and profane tirades and insults; and GG because I'm sure just about everyone around him would be driven insane by his nagging voice).

So if I understand this correctly, the HS character you are thinking of looks like Björk but minus the Lady Gaga aspect of her, or is it that the character looks like Lady Gaga but behaves like Björk?

Yes. Björk minus the Lady Gaga aspect of her. It is more a matter of aesthetics than anything else. Anyway, the answer is so horrible that I am really tempted to drop the ball to someone else.
